The arm and bust seem disproportionately large compared to the rest of the dress. Although I got my regular size and it does fit. This is a pretty crochet material that is soft and not itchy. I can wear a regular bra as only the sleeves are see through. More modest for someone my age which I prefer. Definitely short as it appears in the picture. Since I am 5'4" that meant it came just an inch or so above my knees as opposed to super short as the picture indicates which is perfect for me. Not thrilled about the snugness around the waistline so spanx it is. Does have a large silver zipper that runs down the back if you are concerned about what color your hardware is. Glad to have gotten this for the sale price, probably would have not paid full price for it.
great bridesmaids dress

My step daughter wore this to our this April wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. The stitching was very solid and you can tel it was built to last. the color was absolutely deep and beautiful maroon/ Marsala color. the lace had a lot of very pretty detail and i liked how the sleeves and bottom couple inches were a little shear. it was a great modest length for her (13 years old) and no alteration was necessary. in my opinion it was the perfect spring bridesmaids dress and she said she plans on wearing it over and over again. the lining was very soft so she didnt need to wear a slip under it either which was nice since it laid so nicely on her curvy figure without having to add extra bulk. i also liked the detail on the edges of the lace. not just a straight line which added some character. overall a great purchase. loved it.
