Could use a liner / Inside is scratchy from embroidery

I had been watching this dress for quite a while before deciding to take the plunge and ordering it. It's adorable and as nice as the pictures are, they don't quite do it justice. The dress has a light stretch to it overall and is cut in a way that accents your shoulders and hits just above the knee. However, I do wish they'd have added a liner to this dress. All of the embellishment is stitched embroidery which is quite pretty, but is also quite noticeable against your skin on your stomach and back on the inside of the dress. Had they added a liner I don't think that you'd feel it. I'm going to try it again with a slip or spanx to see if that solves the problem. If not, it's going to have to go back. I can't imagine wearing it for more than a few minutes without it irritating my skin. I'll update my review when I've had the opportunity to try it again with shape wear.Edit - I did wind up returning this dress. I really wanted to make it work but I didn't want to have to wear spanx or a slip to make it a usable dress for me. It really was beautiful and well made, I just wish they'd have thought to add a slip.

Loved the dress when it arrived, but the embellishment didn't match up on one of the sides at the waist side seam, looking obviously off, pattern-wise. Very sad, as it's a gorgeous dress. Had to return it.

Beautiful dress! Very flattering. I am 5' 6, 132 lbs. I ordered a US size 8 and it fits like a glove - a must have in your wardrobe!
