This dress is beautiful and the free custom sizing is great. However, the language barrier is frustrating. I tried to clarify the "height" measurement they wanted. I suspected they meant hollow to floor but they insisted that it was my height. The dress arrived and it's way too long because they made it as tall as I am, instead of the correct length for my height. I now have to hem it about 12", remove and alter all the appliques, and hem 3 separate layers. The point of the custom fit (which negates the ability to return it

We ordered this prom dress in purple and itâs so beautiful! It fits perfectly and my daughter loves it. I like the lace back which makes it adjustable. She wears a size 4 but we ordered a size 6 as they run small. Great buy!

If you are like me, ordering a dress of Amazon is a scary idea!!! After over a week of research, I settled on this dress for a formal event for work and I am SO happy I did. The dress was even more beautiful than I had it in my head it would be and looked like it was worth far more than I paid for it. I got SO MANY compliments on it through the evening. It fit well considering I went with an "off the rack" size and not the custom option due to my time frame.The dress was LONG so if you are shorter, you will want to allow for time to get it altered - I am 5'7" and even with heels the dress was too long in the front. (Which, if I am being honest was a nice change from everything being too short.) My shoes were too painful so I needed to remove them fairly quickly and ended up dragging my poor dress all over the whole night.It is a corset back so one thing you need to be aware of is if you are a larger lady like I am, sitting with Spanx and this dress all night can be a little tough if you need to eat (or breathe...) Maybe go a size up or do without the Spanx.All in all, I would absolutely order from this company again and several of my coworkers plan on doing it next year as well!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this dress. I paid for expedited shipping and got the dress within a week. Iâm 5â3 and 135 lbs. I ordered the 6 and it fits perfectly. Couldnât have done better with custom ordering. With the exception of the length. I knew it would be too long, iâm short, but I have time to get it hemmed. I also purchased a mermaid/fishtail slip which helped a bit. One thing I would mention, is if your bust is more than a 34A, it could be small for you. It fits me perfect.

Beautiful dress....ordered white for my wedding dress. But, it is waaaay too small in the hip area....I can't get it past my hips to fully try it on. I am 5'2...about 150 lbs...wide hips/curvy bottom but small top. So, I ordered an 8--which everything I own is in size 8. The seller is responsive but very short with detail. I have no idea how to return. I was provided a label but not sure if J have to pay to return or who to even contact to pick it up! I was warned about ordering and should have went with my gut!!!... I want my money back!!!!
