Great dress and figure flattering!!

Great dress!! The fabric is soft and moves nicely. Very comfortable too! Love the pockets!! It actually made me look slimmer which I really liked. I carry all of my weight in my stomach area due to back surgery and age. This dress looked very nice at work. The waistband was a bit deceiving in the pictures. I was worried it was a band and wouldn’t fit, but it’s fabric and did!! I got a complement leaving the grocery store the first day I wore it. “Love that purple dress!” I typically wear a 10 or 12 depending on the brand. I bought a large.

I’m 5’7”, 165 pounds, 36DD or 34DDD, 35” waist, 42” hips. I have a short torso and long legs (34” inseam). I ordered this dress in a large, and it was pretty baggy. The length was good (just above the knee), but it sort of looked like a potato sack on me. I probably would be thrilled with a medium, as the cut and flow of the dress seemed like they’d be quite cute in the correct size. I found another dress for the event I’m going to (grandmother’s funeral), so I just returned this rather than exchanging it.

This dress feels very classy when wearing it and I have received lots of compliments on it. The fabric is durable and true to the picture color. I love that it has pockets since they are always fun! I've been looking for dresses of this fit and am happy with this purchase. It looks great with accessories and a light jacket and is easy to dress up or down.

I live the oriole color and the buttons and side pulls. I gained weight due to medication and illness and have felt like a bowling ball. This dress made me feel more confident and better about myself as it doesn’t grab at my waste but also doesn’t look like I am wearing a tent. Very cute and appropriate for teaching in as well as keeps me cool. I lived it so luck I’m buying another color.

I’m 66 yrs old 5’ 2 and weigh 120 (carrying most of my weight The size S was slenderizing, covering those ample hips & thighs! This dress can be dressed up with heels or casual with sandals/wedges/tennis shoes. I bought this to wear to an outdoor wedding and received so many compliments. I’m taking it with me to Europe in August. I think a quick change of shoes and adding a kimono, shawl or light weighted sweater willl help me take it from day to evening. Love the deep purple.
