Great fit and color but...

The blue color is amazing, but the fabric is not as nice as the red satin or floral jacquard fabric that are also available from this brand in this same style. However, the biggest disappointment was the HORRIBLE packaging from Amazon! This dress has a full tea length skirt with a tulle underlay, made to flare out, and it was squished folded crushed and carelessly stuffed into a flimsy flexible envelope that the postman was able to fold even further and double over into my mailbox. MY MAILBOX. It's full of wrinkles that I'm hoping my drycleaner can steam out to the tune of another $20. Why would anyone flatten and stuff any dress, let alone a dress like this, into a mailing envelope?

Dress arrived in terrible condition. It was extremely wrinkled and one of the front pleats is unstitched. I brought to the dress to the dry cleaner to be pressed and repaired - I don't have time to return it and get a new dress since the event for which I bought it is this weekend. Once pressed and repaired, it is a beautiful dress. I am extremely disappointed in this order and will not order from this seller again.

I bought this in green before Christmas from Nordstrom and am buying the black now from Amazon as Nordstrom is out of the dress. I'm short and curvy, needed a 10 petite and then had the shoulders taken up a bit, but the bodice fit fine. I felt very attractive in it, and got lots of compliments. One woman said it reminded her of "old Hollywood".

This dress met my expectations! I love it! It is a little tight under the arms and I'm a thin girl, but it's nothing my seamstress can't handle. Other than that the fit is perfect and I love the material.

The dress is very full at the bottom. It does not look good on me. If you are tall and very thin, I think it would look fine.

Beautiful dress, just wish I had ordered it in a smaller size. I typically wear a 12, and a 10 would have been perfect.

Beautiful dress, the colour is vibrant. I have the same in purple and both needed major alterations because there is too much fabric in the skirt. I had to sew the pockets (who needs that in a cocktail dress?) and it suits me fine now. I recommend if you are tall and have an hourglass figure. Also, I guess the colour fits better with blondes, I am brunette and did not receive as many compliments as I did with the purple one.

This dress is a beautiful colour, fits just right (fit and flare if my style) and the boat neckline is very attractive. Plan to wear this to a wedding shower. I am 5ft 4in and 140 lbs and size 10 is perfect. It also has pockets which I love!

Ein wunderschönes qualitativ sehr hochwertiges Kleid, das auch farbtechnisch genau der Abbildung entspricht. Etwas Besonderes. Leider habe ich mich wohl in der GröÃe vertan. Bestelle es bestimmt noch einmal eine Nummer kleiner. Diese Bewertung entsprach dem Kleid in Gr. 38. Leider wurde mir nach Bestellung des Kleides in Gr. 36 wieder ein/oder sogar dasselbe Kleid wieder in Gr. 38 geschickt. Dabei komme ich mir leider etwas ver.... vor. Versuche es trotzdem ein letztes Mal.
