So I don't know where to begin...This is my first time ordering from Amazon. To start I had ordered two dresses for my girls to be in there sisters wedding. They both arrived and one fit perfectly and the other one to small. So with there help I figured out how to send it back and ordered the next size up. Well...the wrong size was sent back to me by mistake. So I have been emailing back and fourth to see what they could do because we are now on a time crunch. The customer service that I receive was amazing. They took control, told me what to do and everthing has worked out. They even called me to make sure that i was ordering it right. Being a first timer I was very happy. I would definitely order again. The dresses were beautiful and very well made. Great quality. Super satisfied!! I just have to say that this gown is so beautiful and very well made. I read the reviews concerning sizing saying that it ran small, so I ordered a size 6, but it was too big. I returned the 6 and ordered my true size 4 and it was much better. I did need to have it taken in slightly and hemmed, but the person who I had do the alterations was very reasonable. I received so many compliments the day of my son's wedding telling me that the gown was simply gorgeous. I have to say they were absolutely correct. Also, the customer service is great, because when I had to send the bigger size back, I was refunded the full amount that was charged to my card. I was Extremely happy with this purchase, because not only did I receive a gown that was excellent quality, it was extremely affordable.

My daughter wore this dress in my wedding and it looked beautiful on her. Be careful and follow their size chart, she ordered a sz US-14 although she ware a size 10. The length was perfect once she put on 2 inch heels. Good quality material just heavy enough so that you could not see thru it and no slip was needed. She got the gray color.

The dress is beautiful. The beading and appliques are lovely. I love the unique teal color. And the quality is excellent. I'm going to feel wonderful wearing it for the event. Use that size chart. I went with the bust measurement for the dress because that seemed most critical. It wasn't a size number I'd ever expect to buy, but it was correct.

Dress fit according to the measurements. The bust is a little to big for me (I knew this off the measurements!). I received the dress quickly and with time to get the but taken in!!
Size chart may be acurate but no way an american body can match to it.

I order a size 16 because the comments said it ran small. I normally wear a 8-10. I could still not get it zipped around my ribs. I had to spend additional money to fix it because I did not have enough time to find another. And if I had ordered a even larger size it would poof out too much around my breasts. The quality of the dress is good. But I will not be ordering from them again. There is no way these measurements fit a normal American lady.

I picked the plum coloured dress. Color is very off. Looked almost black to a very deep navy. Fit in the small size.Asked for a return. After much trouble and a complaint to amazon about the seller. I received my money back. Buyer beware. It took a month to get this sorted. Wonât recommend buying again.The quality was ok. But the actual color was nothing even close to the purple as shown. And the inside of the dress was lined in the actual color it should have been outside. The seller tried to tell me that this was in fact the dress I ordered. No. But this was for a Xmas party. And suppose to look the bright purple as shown. Nothing on the outside was even close to purple color.

The Dresses came and they were absolutely beautiful!! Unfortunately the event got cancelled...I did find the dress was a bit snug at the waist on me. So just for sizing you may have to go up a size. However the seller was great in giving me back a refund. Much appreciated...great service :))

Colour was exactly sky blue as stated, comes with chest pads, chest area is not that well fitted the already fitted pads makes it look empty. if your anything below the height of 5ft8 this dress is going to be sweeping the floor even with 4 inches of heels on so be prepared to pay for alterations. beading and lace work is very pretty and elegant

Iâm 5â5â about 165lbs and I got a size 16 because it was a bit last minute. My daughter is about the same size. I could have gone down a size. We both had alterations simply because everyone is shaped differently. The alterations were a bit expensive because of the detail in the dress.But donât get me wrong. This dress is beautiful and it looked great on a 3 bridesmaids all different sizes. It looks even better when you see it and was a great deal for what I received. It came on time and I really have nothing bad to say about it.

I liked this dress but wished i had ordered a size 10 instead of 12. It was a bit to big in the chest area for me. Detail in the top half of dress is elegant and it is an excellent value . I returned the dress promptly and my refund was issued the same day I sent the tracking number from the postoffice return slip. Excellent customer service. My height for the dress I ordered- size 12.. was 5 foot 5 with heels. It would have required heming and my weight was 144lbs. I usually take a 36 inch bra to give you some stats to help you with your sizing.

I made the mistake of âclickingâ on the wrong colour! So, it has been returned to the U.S. address, I have not heard anything, though, sadly! And the same dress in grey has been ordered... I havenât heard about that, either...but it was Chinese New Year ! And I wish the dressmakers of ThaliaDress a very happy New Year!

I am sorry so say that this dress does not meet my requirements at all. I am a US size 14 and i have ordered this dress twice in US size 14 and size 16 and still it is small. I am now stuck with two dresses.
