The full skirt has too much fabric. I felt as large as a fridge when I tried it on so it has been accumulating dust in my closet ever since. Returns are prohibitive for Canadian customers using the US Amazon site. The Canadian Amazon site has pitiful selection.
Pretty, but not flattering.

Pretty dress, but it's not very flattering. Overall fit runs slightly small, but the top is a little loose (even with a D cup), and it is puffy at the hips, which made me look bigger than I am. For reference, I usually wear a 4 in dresses, but I bought this for my sister in a size 8 and it fit me. I'm 5'5", 34D, 125 lbs.
