Odd bunching ruins it

(5'4", 115#, 34D, size 2) Overall, this dress fits great - definitely form fitting, but with the stretch and ruching, you don't have to suck in your stomach.However, like a previous review mentioned, the ruching near the hem on one side juts out at an odd angle, and it completely disrupts the line and flow of the dress. Sending it back.

I am 5'4 about 135 and pretty fit. I ordered a size 6, and it is too big. The side where the gather is bunches up into lumps. The model in the pic has her arm covering exactly where this happens. If you pull it down, it smooths out, but immediately bunches back up when you move. I am returning and going a size smaller.. not sure if I should go 2 sizes smaller. I will review again when I receive the new one.

The dress I recieved was a mock turleneck. Not scoop neck as shown.
