A friend showed me a link to this dress and I loved it. For $20 you couldn't beat the price. I got it for $20.99 with free shipping from the buyer and then saw it was coming from China. I was totally skeptical and then started to worry it may be too small or not come in and then thought whatever, it's only $20. Plus, the image looks like it's a slinky or silky material and the review said cotton blend, so I immediately thought it would be like a t-shirt material type dress. Well, it came in yesterday. The first thing I did was open the bag to feel the material to see if it was a t-shirt like material. From outside the bag I could already tell it wasn't. I'm not sure exactly what it is but it's like a blend, somewhat cottony, somewhat slinky. It's nice and I gotta keep it away from my cats because I can see it snagging easily.PROS:So first thing first, it is a better quality material than I anticipated. +1. Estimated delivery date said between August 31 and September 8th, which was a major downer for me. It came in like a week early and I was totally surprised. +1. The fit is on point. Actually, it may be a little better fit for someone with a bigger bust line, because it would probably hang a little better from top down, but for me, I'm happy with the fit. Everything seems to hang where it should belong. +1. Overall craftsmanship I give it a +1 because it's made really well. No weird seam flaws, no straggler threads, no odd creases, or any weird flaws. Hidden zipper on side of bust works great, material is nice, cut is nice, looks great on.CONS:The photo shows it as a kind of true red, in real life it is more of a raspberry. Since I got this to wear to a holiday party, I was hoping for the more true red, but you know, the raspberry is actually really pretty in person. Anyway, if you're looking for a true-to-photo shade of red, you'll be disappointed. If you're looking for something in a red-color range, you'll be happy. (I give it a +1 because I like the color, others may not).Overall score I gave it 5 stars. Totally worth the $20, more even. I'd pay up to $45 for this specific dress with shipping included. So if you're looking for a cute dress at a very affordable price and OK with waiting a few weeks to get it, this is a pretty major bargain.

Very pleased by this purchase. The red is actually a raspberry shade but I love it. While the quality is not top notch (some lose strings, some stitching errors) I don't think it's anything that sticks out and I'm not understanding top tier quality at this price point. The cut is really flattering for my curves and the size I ordered fits great - I'm 5'8" and a size 12/14 and ordered a large. The length is great for my height- just covers my knees - but if I was shorter it would probably be too long. Because there are many dresses listed in the same posting, some of the details are obscured. This dress is definitely polyester and is really light weight, but has a good shape and isn't too clingy. I'm wearing it for the first time today on a hot summer day and it's just about perfect. It seems like it would travel well for work, just pair it with a tailored jacket. I think I may order the same in item in black, since it's versatile and economical.

VERY poorly constructed. I was sorely disappointed. The seams did not meet, it was not symmetrical. Almost nothing like the picture. The top of the dress pulled to one side at the shoulders and the scalloped front stopped at the top of the chest rather than supporting the breasts. Just awful. Proportions all out of shape. Sending it back.
Sizing was a smidgen off.

Seemed nice for the price. The bust line was a little off. The picture shows that the gathering and the seam goes below the bust. However on me, it cuts a little above and sits high on my chest. ( I ordered an XL) am an average size 12-14 a 5'4" and a 34C. I sent it back since the fit was a little off.

A mixed review.First I want to say the shipping was much faster than expected and arrived 2 weeks earlier than projected.The dark green was exactly like the picture,beautiful color.I went by tge measurement guide and ordered an xxl and with the stretchy fabric it fit like a glove.BUT....sadly the hem was crooked and the pleating that should cover the whole breast area only came half way across thebreasts so that the high waistline started mid breast and looked weird.I had my daughter try it on to see where it fell on her...she is 14,5ft tall wears an adult med and it a B cup.Other than the bottom hem still being wrong the pleating just made it past hers.I dont know if I just got a defective one or if all the xxl are cut this way.If you are a true size xxl this may not fit you.The company was very apologetic and gave a full refund so have nothing bad to say just disappointed at the poor fit it would have been a lovely dress.

The style of this dress is really cute. I didn't think I could go wrong when I ordered it. However, I knew I'd hate it as soon as I got it. It's made of those ugly polyester material that looks really cheap. The stitching is horrendous as well. Some fabric was actually sticking out of one of the back seams because it was sewn so poorly that the seam had caught some of the hem that should have stayed inside the dress. Now I'm not a seamstress, but even I would have done a better job putting this together!

Horrible. Nothing like the photo. I've got a very small bust and the seam under the bust went over the top of my bust - basically up by my neck. Looks nothing like what's pictured and doesn't fit right. I wouldn't recommend at all. Spend more money elsewhere and get something decent. I was hoping to use these as bridesmaids dresses for my wedding so I ordered one for myself to see how I liked it.
Tricky sizing

Not for full busted women. I love the capped sleeves and the way it flows, but the top part is too small. Also, the picture is misleading. It looks like a dark plum, but its more of an orchid color. I'm not going to bother to return it. I bought this for a night wedding, so I darken it with accessories, if I can figure out how to work with the top part, if not I will donate it.
