Not flattering for me in the shoulder/upper arm area

I loved the pleating on the skirt of this dress, and I was close to keeping it. However, while trying it on, I put my arms down to my sides, and the dress became very unflattering. I'm decently small (size 4), but I don't have toned upper arms. This dress made me look like I had huge rolls around my shoulders, next to my armpits. Not a good look for me; might look good on someone with Michelle Obama arms.

Love the dress! The only draw back is that the straps were a little bot long for me. I will have to shorten them up before I can wear this out without a cardigan.

It didn't fit my chest area properly. made me look pregnant. So returned it.
