Pretty dress but picture is misleading

This is a very pretty dress, and I'm going to keep it, however, the fabric looks very different in person that it does in pictures. It's a more casual canvas type fabric, not the shiny satin that it appears like in the picture. I had intended to wear this to a wedding, but it was nor formal enough. It's also rather short. I'm going to keep it because it's a really cute, pretty dress, but it's not as fancy as it looks in the picture. It's more of a sun dress. I'm 5'4, 140 lbs and the medium fits perfectly.The coral is also lighter and brighter than it appears in the picture, it is very vibrant and not a subdued blush.

This kind of dress (halter top, fit and flare, 50s style) usually works really well for me. Based on the measurements in the size chart, I ordered a small, . . . and while it did "fit", it did not really flatter. I'd hoped that it would give the lovely "narrowed waist" look that this style usually achieves, but it didn't do that for me. The elastic across the top of the back of the dress gives the dress some stretch, but is not the most elegant solution. Fair to say one shouldn't expect the most elegant dress for this very affordable price. I ended up returning it for a refund. If I had it to do over again, I would order a size up and get it altered.

This is such a beautiful dress. It looks even better than the picture, the colour is a gorgeous red. It fit perfectly and the straps come off if your want to wear it as a strapless dress (which is what I did) and I wasn't trying to pull it up all night, it stayed where it was meant to. I would highly recommend this dress!

This dress is so cute! I love how it makes my waist look. And the strap is removable for a strapless look that is also really cute. Haven't worn it out yet but I love this dress.

This is honestly a really cute dress, but unfortunately it is REALLY short. Admittedly, I am a tall person (5'10"), but it barely covered my butt. On top of that, it was about an inch too tight in the bust area, when it should have fit according to the size chart. I originally ordered this to wear for engagement pictures, but it had to go back to Amazon instead.

Ordered on a Fri came on Monday so excellent service on getting out quickly. I am short and usually wear between a size 4-6 dress but the small was unavailable so i ordered a medium and glad i did as it's actually a perfect fit. Cant wait to wear it to the wedding i ordered it for and would definitely repurchase from this seller
