I love this dress

I love this dress. I am small on the top and have hips. Generally I would wear a four on the bottom and two on top. This dress is fitted and a size 2 and fits perfect. Doesn't hug at all. Top fits perfect too. So I would say the bottom may run slightly big for BCBG. Maybe like a Gap or JCrew size 2. And the top is true to size. If you are top heavy and smaller on the bottom this dress may not work for you. But if you are a pear it is perfect.
