Cute dress, runs big on top.

I love this dress, but unfortunately it is cut really large under the arms. I ordered a 4, which fit great around the hips and thighs, but there was way too much fabric around the bust. This would be a great dress for someone that is fuller on the top then the bottom. I'm sure it can be altered though.
