You Gotta be a Crinoline lover for this dress

The dress is made well. Great fabric and good fit. You have to be a crinoline lover. The crinoline was a bit too "fussy" for me. I'm a tailored girl that enjoy some fit and flare styles but this was not it for me. Color scheme looked a bit too drab for my brown complexion.
