I know this product got a lot of good reviews; I don't know what happened with me. I am 56 years old with dry skin and wanted a cream eye shadow that would stay in place and look nice. The color was fine but after a very short period of time the color disappeared from my main lid area and had concentrated in tiny, fine lines and creases. Not the attractive look I was hoping for. I tried using a budge proof eyelid primer underneath it but to no avail. I threw the product away. This product got lots of good reviews so others may have better success.

I was hesitant by some reviews to buy this. .. My First cream & I didn't want to spend a lot. Wow. It's exactly what it says. Pigment and creamy. Staying power. Made a couple looks - see ugly pics..! Great for mature skin.. No fall-out either. , It's compact, comes w mirror. .Perfect for lids & crease. Just feels like "no makeup " But definitely shows up. Used with fingers and great for my purse. Ordering more⦠this was the "Sunlights" shade. Revlon hidden gem!

Love this product! Unfortunately, aging skin requires changing from powder based products to cream based ones -- and I am happy to have found this cream based eyeshadow that looks smooth and stays on all day. I have limited shopping choices nearby and this product has not been available, so I was happy to find it online.

As I get older, eye shadow tends to enhance rather than decrease the look of creases above my eyes. I started using Revlon Illuminance Creme Shadow a few months ago and it is doing just what I would like it to do. And, it stays on for hours!

I have sensitive eyes. I am rarely able to wear make up for long before my eyes start feeling tired and itchy. I have tried multiple brands looking for eye shadow, eye liner, mascara, etc that won't contribute to my needing to take off my make up a couple hours after application. I went from typical store brands to more niche, specialty/high end brands, including 'all natural', and so on to no avail. After continue research, I determined that at least in regards to eye shadow, I should try a cream style, as it is less likely to have particles that will fall off into the eye. I decided to try Revlon, on a whim. Here is my experience so far:--The palette "Not Just Nudes" has four pleasing, natural colors. It leans matte, but isn't dull or flat. Any shimmer is minimal. Absolutely fine for day time. I have dark hair, dark eyes and a fair complexion. The darkest of the four works best for me applied close to lash line as a soft eye liner. The lightest color is surprisingly fantastic as a stand alone color when you want to just brighten up the eye area. It blended in with my skin tone so well that I thought it was going to be an unused shadow, but the brightening aspect has really turned me on for continued use. The second lightest (or next dark) color is a pretty neutral- adds some depth without looking made-up. The third color (or as I will clarify, the next to last in terms of darkest of the bunch), will further add definition, or if you have a skin tone or need/preference for a darker lid. Any of these could be used alone. For layering and blending, they work similarly to powder shadows. I recommend adding in a short, firm brush for application. I have used just my finger for single color application, and that works well enough but not for precise application. The mirror in this pot is spectacular. It is super clear and runs the entire length of the container. Another recommendation is to use a primer, or if your eyes can handle it, dust it with a powder first. Without this, the cream shadows will crease, especially with oily lids. Though a quick swipe of crease area through day will take care of it, and not totally remove color. Other than that, I did not experience any smudging or run off. My lids do not feel like they are wearing eye shadow. My eyes haven't been irritated by this collection, which is the one thing that will keep me from wearing make up or not. This color palette is very close to the one labeled, "Skinlights", which I also purchased and will review. This is my second purchase of this product from Revlon (originally purchased this color pallet years ago in the store). But this new Amazon product has a blue that is way LIGHTER than my original. The blue looks whitish. I'd really like to find a brighter blue. I do like the creamy feel. Maybe I got a bottom of the barrel product. But the image shown is what I had bought years ago, not what I received recently. You can see the color difference in the photo I took with my original store bought product (the one that is almost gone). As you can see I don't need another whitish color. The original blue was so beautiful and I was hoping to replenish that.

I love the colours in this pallet and it is one of very few creme shadows available now. I have very sensitive eyes and wear contact lenses - It is very hard to find eye makeup that doesn't irritate my eyes. I find this much better than supposedly hypoallergenic brands like Clinique. I am frustrated that this product is becoming very scarce in retail stores.

I rarely use up a palette but this is one that I love. The shadow is creamy and stays creamy. It doesn't harden. It goes on smoothly and stays put. I have worn this on hot days and could trust it not to sweat off. The natural color is very flattering and versatile. I really recommend it

I wanted this palette after seeing an online tutorial using it, unfortunately here in the UK we can't get this palette range in the drugstore, so I had to order from here. I was concerned with ordering it online that it could be dried out as I've ordered other cream products on here that have been, but this was not an issue and it was really creamy! The colours are absolutely beautiful, especially the lighter shimmer shade. They have great pigmentation and colour pay off too! It's perfect for creating a natural daytime look, but also for layering up to create a sultry eye look. I find that because I have oiler eyelids I do need to set my eyelids first, but once I've done this they don't budge, I can go 12 hours and they've still stayed put. I've had it for a while now and it's not dried up at all, I've actually hit pan on two of the colours! Will definitely be repurchasing and in other colours too! It has very quickly become my go to palette and perfect for travelling too!

Colour seems to melt away on eyelid, so not too impressed by these. Think may need a good eye primer to achieve any staying power. I am older and looking for a sweep of colour for a natural look that doesn't make the eyelid look crepe which powder shadows can do. This isn't it yet.....

Lovely creamy eye shadows but will blend and stay like a powder. Like another reviewer, I wear contact lenses, have sensitive eyes and cannot wear Clinique but this is brilliant. Would like a bit more of it in the case as I'm not sure how long it will last
