Fun, festive dress!

I added a black with white polka dot grosgrain double thick ribbon as a belt. Dress does stretch a bit. It is cute. Quite high waisted even for me, who is short waisted. Knee length. I am 5' 6", 143 lbs. 38" bust and 31" waist. I got an L. Fun, especially, if you are a Minnie Mouse fan!
Cheap feeling fabric

Material is not very pleasant on the skin. Runs quite small. I love the style, but more cotton was expected.

I like the dress but it does not fit actual size. I am a 2x but I would have to be a 4x. I bought a Large for someone else but they needed a 1x. Beautiful dress.
