Gorgeous, solid, well-crafted stemware

I'm a sucker for "cobalt blue" and stemware, so these were likely to be a success. The glasses - I ordered quite a few - are uniformly colored, are reasonably big (but not huge), have a nice hand-feel (if there is such a term), and are not excessively delicate. They are sturdy enough to be used as everyday glasses, and they'll up the elegance quotient a bit. Put against light background, like on a window sill, these are just gorgeous. Some people see life through rose-colored glasses. Myself, I'd prefer these.

I absolutely love these. I have the wine glasses as well, that I purchased a number of years ago and these match perfectly. The kids kept wanting to drink out of mom's wine glasses but now, they use these every day and feel "fancy" all the time. I have bounced one of these off the linoleum in my kitchen and they have been knocked over repeatedly on the counter. None have broken yet. If my floor was tile or my counter was granite, I have no doubt that they would have broken. I mean they are glass after all. But they are thick and very sturdy. Lovely color that is not "painted" on, like some. True Libbey quality. Thinking about purchasing a backup case so I have them forever.

These glasses look pretty and more expensive than they cost. Good for drinking wine, water and/or any beverage. The glass is thicker in comparison to my crystal glasses but that is expected and makes the product more useful for everyday usage. No lines in the goblet which you can see in some other glass goblets at this price. The cobalt blue adds a burst of color to any dinner setting especially if you have mostly white dinnerware like I do. Add a red dessert plate or red napkin and you're all set for the patriotic holidays. I bought some cobalt blue dinner cloth napkins for everyday use and it makes the table look so more inviting. I also bought Bormioli Rocco Murano 14 7/8 oz Cobalt blue glasses for the beer, juice & milk drinkers in my family and the same brand of glasses in the 9 oz size works perfect for cocktails or dessert cups.

I really love these glasses. They are meant for commercial use and are therefore very durable without being overly thick. The blue in the glass is IN the glass, not sprayed on the glass. They are made IN the USA! Can't go wrong with this purchase. 100% recommend! They come well-packed in cardboard. No plastic packaging.

We've been using for a couple months. Nice looking glasses, but break easy. For the price they should be more durable. One glass broke just sitting on the top rack of the dishwasher (not during a cycle, it hadn't been run yet). Opened the door and it had a chunk out of the side of the glass. It was not touching anything other than the rack.Edit: a second glass has now broken in the dishwasher, and again it was touching nothing but the rack. These are more expensive than similar glasses. I had hoped that they would be more durable, but they are definitely not. I guess you don't get what you pay for when it comes to Libbey Glass, which is unfortunate because they are local to me.

I am really loving these glasses. The color is lovely and they are durable. I ordered two sets for Thanksgiving with 11 people at my house all weekend and they held up beautifully! I love that they stack and are very smooth.

I received 1 broken but NO WHERE to ask for a 1 glass replacement, its all or nothing.I think a lot of sellers are using this tactic to keep people from returning items. I have to return ALL of them to get the replacement.............So as a seller 1 star for LACK of return policy as it is NOT IN The links. The glasses 4-5 stars. They are very nice I love the color, lighter weight then the set I bought 15 years ago. They were not see through these are somewhat see through. Sellers need to make a way to contact them for 1 item in a set of 12I only need 8-10 so I guess its all good IDK If you need 12 be careful or be ready to return all of them What a waste of time and money for just 1 glass or maybe even 2.Have a great day I hope it helped y'all

Many years ago, when you could find Cobalt Blue dishes in the store at reasonable prices, I had a set of drinking glasses, plates, bakeware, and pudding dishes. I had to up and move without much notice and, foolishly, thought I could just easily replace all of my Cobalt Blue glass dishes.Imagine how crushed I was when I found out that, no. No, you can't. Not at reasonable prices, anyway. Now you have to pay ridiculous prices on each piece, and it's going to cost a LOT of money to get everything back.EXCEPT, that is, these glasses. I'm so happy to have at least part of my collection back. These are just as beautiful as the ones I had before. They look exactly the same, feel the same, and are just as sturdy as the old ones.I love these. I don't want any other type of glasses, I only want these. They are my favorite, and now that I know that in the future, they may not be available, or will cost an arm and a leg, I am very careful with them so I don't lose a single one.If this manufacturer could go ahead and release Cobalt Blue glass bake ware at a reasonable price, I would be right back here buying.

These are The Perfect Cups! It's exactly the size you want to drink when reaching for a big glass of water or any other cool beverage. These are the ONLY cups I want in my home, and I hope they make them forever. My family had them for years, and I was sad when they disappeared from stores, specially when accidents happen and you loose a few. I will probably buy a few cases when I move into my new house, because I never want to run out of these. They are truly beyond compare.

I purchased Libbey Cobalt Flare Tumbler Glasses, Set of 8, arrived quckly because: Amazon, overall they are "OK" I don't like that there is air bubbles on every one of them, and 2 have a large bump on the rim which means the finish isn't perfect on all of them, The cobalt blue color is exactly what I wanted, for the price they should be finished/quality checked better, overall I think I paid more than I wanted to, at least 6 of the 8 are mostly acceptable, the little air bubbles bother me. >.<
