I don’t know if the item was used or not. When I received it the item was lose not in a package like it’s supposed to be in. Wich makes me believe this was used. I paid for the item so I would like to receive it in its package.

L'Oreal Paris Brilliant Eyes Shimmer Liquid Eye Shadow, Longwearing Lasting Shimmer, Crease Resistant, Flake-Proof, PThis eye shadow is a liquid and is perfect for women who have mature skin but still want a bit of sparkle. The shade DIAMOND DROP is a very light pink-toned white that is very soft and is buildable. I accidentally apply a huge amount my first try but found that it is very easy to blend out and up and doesn't bunch up into creases or fine lines. You really don't need that much and it works well with powdered shadows either on top or applied first. I also purchased BRONZE LIGHT and applied that in the crease then the lighter shade on the lid and to highlight below the brow bone. A bit of eyeliner and mascara and your look is complete. This stuff has staying power as well. It didn't flake or move all day. If you really liked the Lady Gaga formula but not the chunky glitter, this will be your new favorite thing.Directions1. I am delighted with the application and staying power of this pretty eye shadow. This neutral shade brightened my lower lids with a glossy metallic shine that makes them pop. I also use a darker shade in the crease of my lids, and if I am going for a more subtle effect I can use a matching powder shade to turn down the volume on the shine. It glides on beautifully and can be smudged lightly across the lid for less intensity. I usually use powder eye shadow, and often it can stick to my upper lashes, which is especially annoying after applying mascara. This cream base doesn't do that, so I especially love it for that reason alone. It's been a long time since I've tried a cream-based shadow, and I am glad I had the opportunity to be reintroduced to its benefits. This is amazing for a “drugstore” product. I got this in the color “diamond drip” which is a beautiful shimmery light rose gold. It has a flat wand that allows you to cover your eyelid perfectly. It goes on smooth and creamy and blends out flawlessly. You can wear this alone or build color over it - it acts at the perfect base for shimmery eyes that pop or alone adds a subtle shimmer for a glowing look. I love the consistency and the color! I cant wait to try other colors! You need this in your makeup bag.

This eye shadow is one of my favorites! It does not leave you feeling like your eye lids are damp or sticky. Quick drying! Gives you a light shimmer. A little goes a long way.

I received the Diamond Drop color of this L'Oreal Paris Brilliant Eyes Shimmer Liquid Eye Shadow. This is my first experience with with a liquid eye shadow and I'm both pleasantly surprised and pleased with this product! A little goes a long way! So listed at $9.99 at the time of this review, it seems to be a great value to me.●I like the light color!●It has a nice shimmer!●A little goes a long way! - I dab a little on the center of my eyelid and smooth with my finger.●dries quickly!●Didn't leave my eyelid feeling sticky!●No flakes!●No creases, even after many hours!Overall, I am pleased with this L'Oreal Paris Brilliant Eyes Shimmer Liquid Eye Shadow and will buy it in other colors.Thank you for reading my honest and unbiased review, which is based solely on my experience with the product. I love this stuff. It's easy to put on and looks great. It goes on thin, but still offers full coverage and has great shine and shimmer. It goes on smoothly over top of whatever foundation/contouring powder, etc. Overall, it's great and I love the look and feel of it.
