I work from home so all day I'm alternating between cleaning house, running errands and working (which happens to include videos for my members). I have to keep my makeup intact, but I kept having to reapply it about every three hours. So I got two primers - one anti aging primer for foundation and Thank Me Later for my eye shadow primer.I put it on and it was creamy, yet not oily - just velvety and dried almost instantly as it was smoothed out. It felt great going on. Then I applied my Smashbox neutrals eye shadow over it, added my eyeliner and mascara and let it go all day.Throughout the day, I cleaned house, ran errands and did my videos - and frequently realized I'd been rubbing my eyes (computer work makes them weary). I didn't reapply makeup at all. Seven hours later, it was not only intact exactly as it was, but I noticed during the video review of it that even if I swiped my finger over the shadow, it didn't come off on my finger! It stayed on several more hours (five to be exact) until I removed it easily with a Neutrogena makeup wipe before bed.Also, I'm 48 - and my eyes are worn for sure. I didn't see any feathering or pooling up in lines, so I was pleased with that, too. I'll upload a before and after pic along with the video. The top one is morning and the bottom one is that night.I loved this! I'm even thinking I'm going to order the face primer now - and replace my original one from another brand.

No, I will not be Thanking You Later.I wanted to like this stuff so badly. Iâm tired of paying big bucks for my usual brand...but at least that works!Thank Me Later primer didnât do a dang thing for my pores or my makeup here in Houston. It goes on feeling oily, and soon there was a blottable sheen going on through my makeup. Worse, in the heat it just slides right on away into oblivion and took my makeup with it! It was actually faster than using no primer. BUMMER.Back to pricey (but effective) primer...

So I use this primer for my eyeliner AND eye brows. And it is a life changer!!! I work with jobs, and majority of the day I'm waitressing outside on the patio in the humidity, I needed something to keep my eyeliner in tact so I didn't look like a raccoon by the end of my shift. It literally kept my makeup looking like I just put it on allllll day no matter how bad I sweat in the heat!!! I used it only on my eyes first just to try and I was amazed. So the next day I tried it as a primer for my eyebrows too before I filled them in and it does the same for my eyebrows! I'm in love with this product. Hopefully my picture will prove it!!

This product is perfect! I love the way it performs. I have fair skin, which is dry to combination. I also am in my 50s, so while it is in pretty good condition, it is aging. This product went on great, pale beige, which dries sheer, so should be fine for all complexions. It did not make my eye area crepey looking at all, which I was concerned about. I did two test spots on my arm prior to using on my eyelids. One spot with the primer, one without.Once dry, I then applied the same shade of eyeshadow over both areas. The spot without the Thank Me Later looked richer and much more pigmented, whereas the swatch without looked more faint. Impressive! It also blended better. But here is where it really surpassed my expectations. I tried rubbing the eyeshadow off each spot with a tissue. The one without primer rubbed off somewhat easily (just an aside, I was using Urban Decay brand) . Then, I did the same thing with the swatch WITH primer. I was shocked! It would not budge! Not even when I dampened the tissue. It actually took eye makeup remover to get it off, which did remove it easily enough. I was super impressed with the ease of application, blending, and all around appearance of my of my eyeshadow when applied to my actual eyelids. Fantastic! I even used a tiny bit under my bottom lash line under my eye liner and it made that go on much better and stay in place also. I was planning on using my typical makeup setting spray, but really, it was not at all necessary. All of this, plus it is unscented and does not irritate my dry, sensitive eyes.I really would have given it a TEN star rating if I could have. I said at the beginning that this is perfect. I have pointed out all of the pros to this phenomenal product and my praise is sincere. Thank Me Later is amazing! I love it!

I don't really know anything about make up but there was a wedding that I attended and I felt like it was only appropriate if I'd wear a little make up. My problem was, my eyes are hooded and eyeshadow pigments always end up along my hidden crease creating a huge mess. My sister, who happened to be a make up lover, told me that all I need is a good eye primer that would hold the pigments in place. I hesitated buying this because it's quite expensive; all my make up are drugstore brands (I don't want to invest in expensive brands because I'm not really into make up) I don't really know how to blend but the fact that the drugstore eyeshadow pigment stayed on my lids for 8 hours with very slight fading, it is definitely 5 stars.

Okay, so I never write reviews. I am lazy. I avidly research and study reviews before buying anything, but never actually take the time to write them myself. I am an AVID Nars eye primer fan, and have been for years. My eyelids are oily and I always had mascara transfer issues until I started using the NARS primer. I have tried every eye primer on the market, and nothing had ever compared to NARS. UNTIL THIS. I am shocked that a product, on amazon, from an unknown to me company, for only $15 blows NARS out of the water. I love this stuff. It feels good, dries quickly, colorless, only takes a small amount, lasts all day (I work 12 hour shifts, so that's 16 hours in makeup at least!), etc etc etc. I don't know what else I can say about this product other than I am shocked and will now be a die hard fan. I love it.

I hate writing negative reviews so I'll try to be nice. This primer didn't work for me. I have oily skin and I live in the south... Yea. This did not keep my foundation in place at all, in fact it broke down within a few minutes

The best money I've ever spent on cosmetics is in this little pink tube. If you're like me and have extremely oily eyelids and can't keep mascara, eyeliner, or eyeshadow on for more than a half hour without it smudging all over and looking like a raccoon, this is a product you'll want to invest in. I'm a BIG FAN of this product and highly recommend it.I've spent years and years having to dab my eyelids constantly to wipe away mascara smudges, even though I used the waterproof type, due to having very oily eyelids. This is the first product I've ever used that allows me to keep on mascara for 16 hours (even on hot days!) and not dab once! This little pink tube contains one of the VERY BEST products I've ever used. I wish someone had told me about it long ago!I tried to save a little money and use similar products that are a little cheaper, but they didn't last more than an hour, and were a definitely a waste of money. Plus, most of them are "skin-tone" â usually an awkward beige-peach colour. It's like sticking a Band-Aid to your eyelid â it's a weird colour, it doesn't blend in, and everyone wonders what happened to you. This product is CLEAR â yay! You can wear it and not have to cover it up if you don't want to.I also found this product to be of good value in that such as small amount is used, the tube lasted me 11 months. Of course I squeezed every last drop out of the tube possible and certainly got my money's worth.-------------MY PROS:--------------easy to apply with your finger â no wasteful sponge applicator that soaks up the product-you only need a miniscule amount-goes on clear and matte, and stays that way all day-can be worn alone for a bare eyelid or under eyeshadow, etc.-lasts at least 16 hours even on very oily eyelids-works well with even inexpensive makeup (I used inexpensive mascara from L'Oreal and it lasts from morning 'til night when with this product)-------------MY CONS:-------------I have allergies and sensitive skin, and find that if I use too much of this product my eyes will water just a little at first. The good thing is very little product is needed. I've had no other adverse reactions.------------MY TIPS:-------------seriously, only use a VERY tiny amount â you know you've used too much if you can feel it on your lids after a few minutes, or if it creases or cakes-apply it with your ring finger as this will help you be very gentle with the delicate skin of your eyelid â I tried using a brush at first, but found I was wasting product as so little is needed and much of it will stay in the brush and be wasted-you can use a tiny amount directly under your eyes to prevent your bottom lash mascara or eyeliner from smudging

Love this so far. Haven't really tried too many other brands but this one is for sure better for me than the Milani Eye Shadow Primer. That one was a chunky and clumpy formal that didn't spread evenly and left little bits and pieces. This one was thin and smooth and spread great. Lasted for 8hrs with little fading and creasing of the eyeshadow. Very happy.

Best primer ever! I received a sample in my Ipsy subscription and had to purchase the full size. This primer is amazing in hot and humid weather. I went on a trip to Cartagena, Columbia and used this to keep my eye make up in place and it looked as good at the end of the day as it did when I first put it on. This is the best primer Iâve come across and is a staple in my daily makeup routine. Ideal for older makeup users who find their eyeshadow disappears into their crease by dayâs end!

I have never found a primer that works at ALL for me. I tried Mac, Clinique, a bunch of different drugstore brands...I always end up with creased eyeshadow after a few hours. But I wore eyeshadow for over 12 hours yesterday over Thank Me Later, and it looked the same when I went to wash it off as it had when I applied my makeup this morning! Amazing!!

I received a sample size of this wonderful item in a monthly cosmetics subscription service. I ADORE this primer! My eyelids are pretty oily, so the fact that this stuff keeps my eyeshadow in place with only the *slightest* crease is a miracle. I also use it under my eyes to keep my eyeliner in place and on my nose on the days O wear my glasses to help keep them from sliding down my nose. I cannot say enough good things about this item. My sample size has lasted me for at least 3 months, so I think this is great value for money.

This is the first eye primer I've ever used and I didn't know I needed one until I tried it.I like how quickly it dries and makes it easier for me to apply eyeshadow. It really helps protect the eye make-up and keep it stay locked in all day!Wish I had discovered this earlier!!
