I have fair complexion and use the Covergirl Eye Enhancer "Snow Blossom" underneath my eyes to conceal dark circles. This is not a stark white so applying Snow Blossom with a makeup brush looks very natural.

I was hesitant buying makeup without seeing it on but it worked out great. The white eye shadow is perfect for highlighting below my eyebrows. The applicator brush that is comes with has a thin brush on one side and a wider brush on the other side.

Cover girl makes a good product.have used there products for years. Never disappoints. The eyeshadow is a subtle shade of white. It applies easily. Wears well.

It's a pretty good eyeshadow. but you will have to brush the flakes of if all your face after applying...sigh
