Easy to wear, lightweight, sexy beach cover up. The top is loose and forgiving, without a closure. Would work well for someone busty as well as small chested. The tie does not cinch the waist--it's decorative. The waistband can be pulled over the hips to give more rear coverage, but when worn at the waist (or even low waist/high hip), expect that your rear will show like hot pants. The ruffled hem is super cute and I wore this a lot more than I thought I would. I'm 5'5, 120#, size 0-2, 34B, and a small fit as expected in the waist and seat, but was soft and drapey at the top. More durable than it looks.

Disappointed in the quality and it was cut very small. Returned it but ordered something else.

Ok quality. You get what you pay for with this one. I'm not super in love with it and I had hoped it be more flattering, but it is cute and I'll get decent wear out of it.

I ordered a medium and received a large. It is big on me, but if you have a long torso I'd worry about the medium giving you the dreaded camel toe!!
