I normally wear a large in US sizing. I got the XXL and it's snug across the chest. Note that I have a 39" chest (underbust). I estimate that it would probably fit great on a 34"-36" underbust with small or medium breasts (no more than 40" bust). The skirt fits great though with a 33" waist. I would say you're OK up to a 35" or possibly 36" waist in this size. Hopefully this helps with sizing.( Notice how I gave actual measurements along with the size instead of just saying "I got a large and it fits great!" which doesn't help anyone. Please tell your friends to include measurements in reviews. They're useless otherwise! )Quality-wise, it's lower-end-but-good-enough fabric sewn with even lower-end thread. But the actual stitching itself looks fine and there aren't a ton of stray ends everywhere. I just wish they would have done something more robust for the tie in the front (I'll probably modify mine to include a heavy black band using wide 'facing' material.) But other than that, it looks nice. The one suggestion I have is that you plan on taking the time to iron pleats into the skirt. They tried to put something pleat-like onto the skirt at the manufacturer, but it's quite pitiful... Just get some straight pins and make a simple one-way pleat pattern and iron over it using a bit of spray starch. It'll look like a whole different outfit.
