My problems before this bra:narrow shoulders, sore back, trigger finger (yes really - tendon related), beginning to get difficult to connect back closing bras.IF you are going from a back closing bra to a T-back or Racer back bra then you will probably need to change size as well.I was a 34D. I fit this as a 34DD.If your band size is comfortable at the smallest length,(the closure furthest in leaving 2 hanging over (not used)) then stick with your current band size. IF you are on the last eyelet with no room to expand go up another band size.If you fit well at D then go up to DD. Hope that helps. If you're use to racer backs and know your size with them then stick with it.It has a thin pad layer for no grocery store freezer mishaps. ;0This is my Favorite bra!!!!
Wow. A Comfortable Bra!

First let me start by saying, I HATE bras with a passion! I have no idea why the softest parts of a womanâs body must be bound up and pushed together with steel wire! The little French guy who invented bras must have hated women & should have been forced to try to wear a thin cotton wrapped stiff wire on his teabag and see how that feels all day! That said and rant aside, I am going to have to give Maidenform a big props. Iâm only moderately endowed so if I can skip a bra I will & wear just a cami w/shelf but thatâs not always possible so I had to break down & order new bras.My usual brand is Warnerâs and they fit OK. But this bra- this is an OMG actual comfortable true to my professionally measured size, quality bra! No pinching, digging, riding, warping, gaping, chafing! I took it off and put it back on and wore it for a while to see if I was just imaging things and it is truly a good and comfortable bra! I kinda hate bras *slightly* less because this bra now. Good job Maidenform. Ladies, go ahead and put your girls in this - you will not regret it!
Instant love: great raceback bra. Perfect fit, secure full coverage, plunging design, no push-up.

My wife tried this on and instantly asked me to clip the tags off, before even looking in the mirror or trying on a top over it. She's been looking for a good racerback bra to wear with racerback tank tops, and this one was an instant favorite for fit, shape and secure full coverage. She's 5'7", 151 lbs, 36DD, 40-29-40, 55 years old. The band is non-adjustable but has some stretch, and she liked the fit. Her underbust / band size, measured without a bra on, is 32.5".You can see from the first photo that there's no gapping with the straps, unlike even her favorite standard bra. There's also no push-up effect, but it does have a plunging design that can support deep V-neck tops and dresses. The bra conforms well to her natural shape, but there's less forward projection than with some other bras. The bra is nice enough to wear with a dress, while still being secure and supportive enough for athletic activity. The second photo shows the bra under a stretch tank top.
Best bra EVER!! But heed the reviews' size warning

This is the most comfortable regular bra I have ever put on. It's perfect. I was worried about the racerback straps hurting my neck muscles like some racerback sports bras I've worn, but they are cut just right. They don't put any pressure on my neck at all! I don't feel constricted by it either. Also, whatever band size you are, size up. I was skeptical, but so many reviews advised it I just went for it. I'm so glad I did, it's a PERFECT fit. If I had gone with my regular band size, it would have been tight. Remember, cup size is relative to band size, so whatever cup size you are, you are a size smaller when you go up a band size. For example, I am a 34DD, and ordered a 36D and it's just right.

I wore this bra one time. I was at a fair with lots of people around, and ten minutes in, the freaking bra snapped! It snapped at the front clasp so I had to walk around the fair the rest of day with my arms crossed. Very disappointed.
Can't beat the best bra at the best price!

I tried this on in a department store first, then looked up the brand and bra number on Amazon and voila! This is 1/3 of store pricing!!! The size is different than regular back closure bras, like the other reviewers mention, but I fit the same size for this bra as I tried on in stores. Love it!
I love the color & the silky feel

I love the color, feel of the fabric, style & felt very comfortable that's why I gave it 3 stars, though It doesn't fit right, there are gaps in the cups by the front clasps which make me believe the cups are just a bit too big & maybe going down another cup size would do the trick. Also the fit may be different as well cause I don't normally wear padded however I can't find an unpadded racer back bra. This is lightly padded still more padding then I like or am used to & can be part of the sizing issue but if I can get the right fit with no gaps then I think this will be a perfect bra. I have decided to stay with the number size as that felt like it fit well around. I am exchanging it from 38 D to 38 C (I normally wear 38 DD so never thought a C would even be an option lol!) I will review the new one once receivedUpdate: Just received the 38C & I am shocked! it is almost a perfect fit! no gaps in front! I absolutely love this one! so comfortable. so my advice is order same band size as you normally wear but go down a cup size maybe even 2 for this specific bra. I guess their sizing is weird or something cause in an other bra I do not wear a C! lol

I have always had issues with regular bras with straps always falling off my shoulders. This bra is a perfect fit in terms of cup shape and size (I am a rather modest B and this shape size is very complementary) and the racerback straps on the back are both elegant and comfortable - something many other racerback bras lack. This model was available in UK shops some years ago in black and white, but my pairs are getting quite worn now, so I am very happy to see this model is available again and in more colour options.

Comfortable and supportive, has a racer back which means it doesn't slip off my shoulders. Have bought 3 in different colours. Was good value for money, though the price has increased significantly since I bought the first so can't say that it is good value for money.

Im a standard 34B and this is far too small. No where near true to size and is not fitting around my bak,. very strange back. Requested return but postage costs more than garent, total waste of money.

quality and design is good. 34DD is not sized correctly, I measure them against my existing bras with similar front style and its way too small. I would say this is nearer to 34C. Not exchanged I think I would need multiple sizes to try until Id get the correct fit. So disappointed.

This racerback bra fits perfectly (absolutely true to size); feels great (straps are a bit wider than normal, and very comfortable) and looks great. I'm crossing my fingers regarding the sturdiness of the lace back - it's fairly delicate, which is nice and feminine, but it's definitely not as robust as the rest of the bra. If it holds up under normal activity and washing then this bra will be my new favorite. Racerbacks rule!
