The other reviews complain of feathers everywhere and this is the same for me. Somewhat larger then i expected it to be. Updates to add pics on measurements laid flat for a person requesting information on sizing. It has some stretch to the material

This thing was garbage. I got this to use for a photo shoot I was doing. From the second it was out of the bag, it was shedding feathers faster than a ripped pillow in a tornado. The floor around the model was completely covered in loose feather parts, they were everywhere. But worse than that, the dye came off. When the model removed the robe, she noticed her hands, arms, body, shoulders, even her face where the feathers had touched it were coated with a thin layer of black (it was a black robe). The slightest rubbing of any part of it would turn your fingers black. And of course, you can't possibly wash it or you would end up with a featherless robe and a coating of black grime all over the inside of the washing machine.If it had been 10 bucks or something, it wouldn't have bothered me, but for 50 bucks, I would have expected something that could be worn more than once and that wouldn't leave a trail of grime behind everything it touched.

Would be nice if the feathers didn't shed constantly but that's what I get for buying cheap things on Amazon.

I love the robe, I do boudoir photography. I am 5'8 and it does not reach the floor for me. That is my only complaint. It has lost some feathers but you are not able to tell. I actually want the white 1, but hesitate due to the length. For reference I am 5'8 195lbs, and it fits me.

RED: The color is wine, not bright red as pictured. Get it together.Feathers are firmly attached and ample, minimal shedding except out of package (which is to be expected). Hem sits above my ankles; i'm 5'7". Model must be about 4'7". no joke. Note that there is no closure.PURPLE: Fun color! Hem sits at my ankle. I'm still 5'7". Feathers are firmly attached and ample, minimal shedding except out of package which is to be expected.NOTE: I purchased one of these in WHITE from another vendor (but the same manufacturer, Be Wicked). The hem sat above my ankle and it shed like you wouldn't believe. Like I'm afraid to shake it bad. I also purchased a BLUE one from a different manufacturer. This one seemed more roomy, hem at my ankle, lush feathers, minimal shedding.Conclusion: A great robe overall, you may get saddled with one that sheds a lot, it may be at or above your ankle (I'm 5'7").

Super pretty! Ya, there was some feather loss, but, I'm pretty sure thats what happens when you wear feathers. They can't exactly sew each individual feather in place for the price, come on lol.

I got married recently and I wore this robe once only, the robe is a disaster! red feather is all over my house, on the carpets on the floor it just flies everywhere and created a mess. I spent too much time cleaning after wearing this robe once and my husband hated how this robe made the whole house filled with red feather. This robe is made of terrible quality and is extremely expensive. I paid $102 for this robe and I extremely regret it! I want to return this terrible product and I want a full refund on the price and shipping fee!!!
