good for party costumes and bedroom dress-up. elastic tends to roll, skirt adds a good bit of poof to an outfit but it's quite short so make sure whatever you wear over it won't hang down past the edges. too transparent to wear alone but the fabric is pretty soft and it's a decent product for the money. delivered in a timely fashion.

I was hoping to wear this petticoat as a skirt for part of my Halloween costume and I was expecting it to be short but this thing... It fit like a poofy belt. It was just way too short and flared and fluffy, it looked more like a tutu than a petticoat and it didn't cover my rear end at all. I was disappointed so I'm returning it.

Love it! I was as described, really need to read the company this came from so I was bit shocked on the tags. I had to cut off, this was for a13 year old Xmas concert for the sugar plum fairy... Soo yeah!

This petticoat fits as described and works well for under a Halloween costume.

I'm going to be using this under a Sailor Mars cosplay costume so the skirt isn't totally flat and shapeless. It got to me fast and the size is accurate (I got the medium/large.) The band is very stretchy! i ordered another one in xl & black for my sister who is pregnant and the stretchy band helps accommodate her growing belly. The petticoat seems well made and perfect "poofiness" not too big and not too flat. I think it will work out perfectly.
