I'm plus size and wanted to use it first to give a review from experience with the waist trainer. It is as described. I ordered a size down after reading the reviews. It's definitely something you want to buy if you want to use it to start waist training. I was apprehensive buying this because of it's low price but it's my first time waist training. I didn't want to spend a lot to find out it wasn't for me. The latex makes you sweat around the mid section and it keeps it tight and firm. Doesn't budge, doesn't roll up, doesn't do what most shapewear or any other contraption us plus size folks are familiar with. I wished it was longer to give a complete hold of "everything". But, then it won't be a waist trainer but would be helpful for us 1x, 2x, 3x, etc.....Great product for use for even the big girls. I'd buy again.

Okay ladies... Hopefully this review is helpful.I needed this waist trainer to wear underneath a dress for NYE. I was so nervous about ordering this online using the size chart esp with such short notice because I wouldnât have time to return it. BUT thankfully it all worked out when I received this item.I am 5â7.5â and 165lbs, athletic/curvy build with an average size torso. My waist measured 33 inches. I followed the size chart and I ordered large and tried it on in the morning before really eating anything, and it fits comfortably on the second notch, and I could probably get it to the tightest notch. However I want to leave some room for when I eat and drink later. So I may need to re-adjust to the last notch later. LOLIt sits right underneath my bra and goes all the way down to a little bit passed my underwear. Itâs doesnt scrunch up when I sit too much at all. And it 100 percent gives me a great hour glass shape. If you are 34/35 inches. Iâd say you could prob make the large work on the last notch but may be a little snug. But if you arenât gonna be eating anything and/or just working out in it. I think you would be fine.Itâs a great material and looks really nice.If you are on the lower end of the large like 31 inches, Iâd order the medium. Otherwise you will end up starting out on the last notch of the large and it may not be tight enough if thatâs what you are looking for.Had I ordered the medium I wouldnât be able to breathe or move, and thatâs not what I am looking for.Good luck ladies!!! Happy New Year!

Im 5'8" and usually wear a size 12-14 and purchased the zip up XL trainer. I was nervous that it would be too big or too small but it was just the right fit. Needless to say it is snug but as long as you hook the top it zips up smoothly. The trainer comes down to my pubic area in the front and the top of my butt in the back. Overall I'm very happy with it and hope to need a smaller size in the near future!

This is my second Ekouaer waist trainer and I love it! It's so comfortable and soft. I use it as a kind of back brace (I have hardware & chronic back pain). Definitely measure your waist -without sucking it in!- and choose your size that way; it's accurate. I tried 3 different brand waist trainers and none fit right, so I decided to go back to the Ekouaer brand & it was a good choice! I also have a minor latex allergy, but I can wear it all day and I don't get a rash or itching at all.

I love it so far.FIT - I measured my waist and got about a 33-34 inch measure. I ended up ordering the size size L 31-33 to be a little on the snug side, and that is exactly what I got. I've worn it on the loosest and middle hooks for a tight fit. I got it a little small because I hope to eventually loose a little weight but as of now L 31-33 fits my 34" waist.Very sexy and I love it so far. The only thing I'm worried about are the hooks. They are a pain to get on and off and I can definitely see them eventually getting damaged when putting on or removing, and if this happens too soon I will be back to bump the rating down a bit and update my review. 'Tilt hen, I love it.

I have always been skeptical about waist trainers but I decided to give it a try and I am surprised as to how well it works. I went from a 30 inch waist to a 26. Not only did I lose weight while wearing because I wore it when I ran but also shaped my waist into a more hour glass shape. Iâm a size 6-8 in jeans and weigh 145 Ibs. I love this product and canât recomned it enough I am not repurchasing in an xs as I ordered a small the first time. This trainer also proved fantastic back support!!!

OK I am 56 years old and girl you know that hourglass goes away. No matter how fat or unfit you are. I am currently on a massive weight loss diet and this is providing a modest but definite shape to my body. This is my first corset and so I made sure I got the size that exactly matches my waist measurement so that it wouldnât be too tight. This is snug and beautiful and I have a waist again! Once I get used to wearing it Iâm going to order the next size down although I will never try to have the ridiculous Kardashian an waist and butt. I mean come on. I love it! Perfect one for people who want a waist without looking like a freak.

While you wear it and think you've got it hooked and its working I will find that the hooks come undone the tightness is unbalanced however compared to latex plastic feel this one feels much better than others. Not sure if I should indicated somewhat large or fit as expected since hooks unhook randomly kinda weird.
