Perfect for even an A cup

Easy to insert and they stay in shape. Not like many that after a while tend to fold down the middle. I'm an A cup (embarrassing I know) and these work just fine. Just the right amount of padding to make me look great.

These are amazing! I will be buying another set for sure. I swapped these inserts out for all of the thin flimsy inserts that come in many sports bras and swimsuits. They give me more fullness that I'm looking for since I'm very flat and have no shape in the bust. It allows me to feel and look good. They have some padding but it's not too much. The one tricky thing is because they are fuller so sometimes they are more difficult to insert into the tiny holes in my sports bras. I roll them up like a cigar to shove them through, then they unroll and I just pull and adjust them to get them in place. I wash them in delicate in a lingerie bag and air dry them and I haven't had any problems with them yet. I'm so glad I found these.

These are well made and have slight push up nothing too thick. My only complaint is they are a little large in size. I'm a small 32C and they fit my sports bras fine but they barely fit into my swim tops. You can see the comparison with one of the black liners from a bathing suit top I already had.

Wonderful inserts for Genie Bras!!

These are my FAVORITE bra inserts for my Genie bras! I fell in love w Genie bras years ago for their comfort and no hook design. I always wore them w the inserts that come w them. That was fine for my casual style of dressing and not being to concerned with how "the ladies" looked as much as comfort! But I needed new ones and shopped here because of the variety, instead of the Genie site and I found these and am in love!! They give me back some support and shaping I didn't have with the flatter Genie inserts. The little padded edge of these works miracles in changing how they look under shirts like t-shirts or whatever. I'm so glad I found this company!
Ditch the sports Bras Aâs and Bâs

Best ones Iâve tried so far. That little shelf really helps give shape to A size who doesnât want to look big chested, just wants proper shape to the clothes and no nipple look as Iâm a fitness trainer. Works in my swim suits, and workout tops so I donât have to wear those uncomfortable sports bras. Iâll never buy a top that doesnât have built in shelf with inserts.

Much better quality than the ones that come in the sports bras. Sports bras usually make me look flat and this gives me my shape back, but looks very natural. It doesn't look like I'm wearing a padded bra or push up bra. And the outline of the pad is not visible either. I'm a 30D bra (sister-size 34B for reference) and the pad size is good for sports bras, but too big for my regular cup bras. I'm between bra sizes on my favorite bra and ordered the bigger size needed just a padding to make my bra fit perfectly, but this is too big and sticks of the top a lot. I washed the pads in my sports bra, and they don't come out all folded up like the standard pads, but they are starting to get dents and wrinkles in them after just a couple washes, so I took off a star for that.

These are terrific and like another customer mentioned, better than what the Genie Bras come with, so I use these as inserts in my Genies. Very comfortable, flattering, and not flattening. Like the boost the girls get - they can use all the help they can get! lol

These pads do not stay still, they ride up really quickly, I have to go and re-fit them several times a day. Also they ride around and end up side-ways, so if I have a close fitting top on it looks like I have a crease down the side of my breast. Total waste of money.

These have done an adequate job and fit easily into my bikini top. I wish the pushup/lift portion extended the sides in an L-shaped fashion, to create more lift/push towards the middle for more cleavage. They could also have more padding, but it will give you some lift, just don't expect a lot.

Bought some really beautiful, quality bras, not realizing the padding was lacking. Picked these up and have not been disappointed. Great coverage and love that it comes in three coloured sets.
