after double mastectomy; most natural feel/fit

I recently had a double mastectomy with no reconstruction. I've been searching for breast forms that would be natural looking, comfortable to wear, and have enough 'heft' to hold my bra down... (I've found that with the breast tissue removed, my rib cage must be slightly narrower in the underarm area because bras want to slide/bunch UP!) This is the 3rd type of breast form I've tried: 1* cheapest foam form: light weight, supposedly good for swimming: comfortable & looked ok but ordered too small & they were too light & rode up too high on my chest. 2* silicone 'cutlet' shaped forms: a little more 'heft', but I ordered for my old bra size and the forms were a bit smaller than indicated size, also a little light and tending to inch upward over the day 3* THIS Ivita teardrop shaped silicone form; I ordered in a larger size (E-F) as I'm noticing that breast form sizing seems smaller than natural size; so these are heavier and a little larger than the others. They are heavy enough to stay in place in my *regular* bra â they don't ride up and they keep the bra from sliding up. For me, the teardrop shape also seems to look the most natural relative to my shape in clothing before surgery.So I am very happy with these! :)I can feel where the non-porousness of the silicone may feel sweaty/uncomfortable when the weather gets warmer; so I'm going to look into getting some soft chamois cloth or felt and cut it to fit between my skin and the form. :)My order arrived with 2 of the black pocket bras â a smaller and a larger one. The bras look nice - smooth/sleek. So far, however, I have not used either of those as it doesn't seem worth the effort to wrestle the forms into the pockets of the included bra and these forms sit nicely just in my regular -no pockets- "Bali Women's Comfort Revolution Wirefree Bra with Smart Sizes". I suspect the stretch of the comfort bra helps to hold them in place...
The Forms are Great But the Included Pocket Bra is Lacking

First I want to say that the Item arrived quickly and in nice discrete packaging. I have Worn the Bra with the forms a few times now and after the 2nd wear, I noticed that the Bra is starting to come apart at the Seam where it was Ironed together. if you are looking for good forms and don't care about the pocket bra this is a good way to go but I can't recommend it if you need the pocket bra as well. *Update* Seller Contacted me to offer me a resend or refund after re-reviewing my complaint and has made right with me
An unusual use, but still a happy customer

Written by the wife of a trucker, a breast man, I can say these are satisfactory. While I have been told they don't feel like mine (I am in my 40s) they do offer him comfort away from home. Just slid these babies onto a pillow (no joke) and he can cuddle with boobies on cold nights or any time he's feeling lonely.While I am aware this is not exactly the intended purpose, it does the job for which they were purchased. So for those guys (and gals) who spend a significant time away from ur own boobies, I have been told someone who uses them daily, they do make a suitable substitute.Tho the constant nippy stiffy isn't what he's used to, that part is tolerable as he can still lay with boobies as his pillow, so that makes him happy.

While wearing under clothing breast forms look great, the included pocket bra stretches a bit but was still a little small. Used for cross dressing. Love em!

I had a bilateral mastectomy. While I'm waiting for reconstruction, I needed " something" to wear so my clothes fit. This came with 2 bras, which were spandex and tight, so they felt great as a compression. The " boobs" feel great. They aren't too heavy, so my incisions can heal, but look great.

This is the A-C size . The prosthetics themselves are very soft and bouncy and have a slight amount of weight to them. The bra is very soft and comfortable although I personally prefer something a bit sexier and not so sporty. Also something a little more supportive so the prosthetics are lifted and in a more comfortable position. Other than that they're great, and there were no issues with the products or delivery.
Breasts will not stay in pocket properly

I loved the actual shape and feel of the prosthetic breasts. I bought this because I have had a double mastectomy and choose no reconstruction. What I did not like at all and actually had to stop wearing because of is how the breasts will not stay in the pockets properly, was so disappointed because of that alone.
