Amazing waist trainer! Iâve ordered a few and this is by far my favorite great material doesnât irritate the skin, Iâm 5â5 about 190-200 pounds on the thick side, got a large fits amazing and still will fit good when you loose weight, holds in all the fat that you want to loose! While still being breathable, doesnât bulge or roll down like many! If you are thinking about buying definitely do! And donât worry too much around the measurements just get your usual shirt size, Iâm usually a large so thatâs what I bought and it worked for me! Great deal

I am a 2x in shirts and I thought that if I got a 2x waist trainer that it would fit. It's a little to tight for a 2x .. so ladies just a reminder to go a size bigger for this waist trainer . I had one hell of a time putting this on.

I have been wearing it for almost a week now and I am loving the results already. It makes me sweat twice as much than before when I workout now. I've tried many waist trainers in the past and have thrown them out, but I will keep this one as long as it lasts. Great purchase!

I received it on time. I ordered 2 other different ones that I didnt like and returned. Thankfully I like this one. It firs nice and comfy. I was able to go by my regular measurements and it fit perfectly. Only reason im giving it 4 stars is cause I have only had it a few hours. Used during my wvening walk, and it worked out well. Will be testing it tomorrow with some vigorous regular workout program and see how it holds up. So far im all thumbs up. Will update after a few weeks. I did order the vest one from the same company as well and if its anything like this one I think ill be a happy camper.
