Sooo glad I found this before spending TWiCE the amount on the J-Sculpt belt! I feel it incinerating the belly fat...my tank top (that I wear underneath) is always SOAKED after about 10 mins or less of working out. Itâs comfortable yet fitted. I feel it holding everything in. Best part is I can AFFORD to purchase another one, in a smaller size, once my tummy is smaller. Spending 65$+ on a J-Sculpt belt every time or two I go down a size isnât realistic for me!! So glad I gave this product a shot.

Amazing !! Bought the size 6-8 (I usually wear a dress size 8/10) and it's such a great difference!! Attached photo shows before and after! Great to wear as shapewear under a dress! It doesn't even show through very much! Not sure how well it would work as a waist trainer as I've only tried it once, but I couldn't recommend it more as shapewear!!! 10/10

I love this product, shipping is on time. I am on my last one (xxs) I am 5'6, first time I ordered I weighed 156, after losing ten pounds I went with a medium, once I got to 136 I went with a small, currently I am 123 skipped xs and went with xxs instead. Feels like I am trying on the corset on for the first time. If your looking to lose weight or shape waist it's suppose to be a little tight. My waist size right now is 26 inches, I exercise about three to four times a week for an hour to tighten skin (learned lesson after first corset) and for muscles (stomach area/spine). I recommend if your looking to just tuck tummy away order exactly your size or one size bigger, trying to waste train or loose weight order a size smaller, lastly trying to control eating amount order size smaller or current size. I ordered the waste trainer to help with my eating disorder, I got full faster without having to consume more than I needed. Please do drink lots of water. I wear this during the day and sometimes when I sleep (about 16- 23 hours/day). You will see a difference within just a few days.

Ich habe mich nicht getraut das Korsett auf die nackte Haut anzuziehen und habe ein Shirt drunter. Ich habe noch nicht gelesen ob das Korsett gewaschen werden kannAnziehen:im vergleich zu ein anderen Korsett den ich mir in Portugal gekauft hatte ist es komplizierter anzuziehen. Du willst weitere Hacken zuknöpfen und andere gehen raus. Es ging trotzdem ganz ok daher das der Korsett für mich etwas zu groà ist. Es gibt keine Beschreibung über wo unten und wo oben sein soll. Muss man also erstmal gucken wo es schmaler ist.GröÃe:ich habe 69cm Taille, 75cm unter der Brust und 88cm auf "Schlüpferhöhe" (das Korsett geht nicht bis zur Hüfte).Ich habe eine M bestellt und sie ist mir etwas zu groà schon bei der engste Einstellung (Siehe Bilder).Andere Infos:Dieser Korsett ist für mich ein wenigzu locker um die Taille schmaler zu machen, aber erzeugt genug Druck bei den "Röllchen"(Love handles), was auch ok ist. Es ist bei dieser GröÃe bequem zu tragen und erinnert mich mein Rücken gerade zu halten. Dieser Korsett erlaubt Sport zu machen.Fazit:Ich werde eine s bestellen müssen. Ich hoffe das die weiteste Einstellung nicht viel zu eng ist so das es unangenehm ist es zu tragen! Werde berichten welcher besser passt.LG

Vor einiger Zeit habe ich die corsage in XL gekauft und war überglücklich (gröÃen sind ja eh dort zu klein wenn man xl hier in deutschland und xl dort vergleicht)Nun habe ich es geschafft, dass ich eine GröÃe kleiner nehmen konnte also L. Lieferung dauerte zwar, aber das fand ich nicht schlimm. (Dafür 1 Stern) Als ich es auspackte war die Enttäuschung groÃ.Das dahmalige Produkt war vom Material und der Stabilität super, aber dieses, wohl gemerkt das genau selbe Produkt nur andere GröÃe, war instabil wie ein Kaugummi und das Material grauenhaft billig.Als ich eine Rücksendung beantragte, wollte man erstmal wissen wieso, sonst würde ich nichts bekommen. Als ich die Gründe angab, schrieb man mir, dass das Rücksendeporto viel höher werde und man könne mir lediglich 4⬠überweisen und ich könne es behalten. Ich willigte ein damit ich ruhe habe, aber ein Witz ist das wirklich. Nie wieder!

Great fit, doesnât roll up, comfortable and defo does the job, after first wear it does give a little so Iâm on my second wear and already on my second row of hooks. Iâm going to buy another one so I have two. Very happy with this! Iâm wearing a L (10-12) in photo. My waist is 28â

Very pleased with purchase. I wear throughout the day under my work clothes and to the gym over my sweat suit. I ordered a xl Iâm a 36 bust, 31 waist and 45 hips... hoping this baby will get those numbers down! When girdle is on waist shrinks to 28 inches

I bought one my usual size and it was WAY too small. This is my fault as I went by the size and didn't measure and select according to the sizing on the site. I loved it - well made, strong, so I ordered another in a really large size (18-20 to a 5x) and that was fine. So, learn from my mistakes and measure yourself! The seller sizing does not correspond to usual USA/Aus/UK sizing!

I am 5'3 and about 183lb. I ordered the 4X to start and it ended being a bit too big so I exchanged for the 3X which was better and I started on the middle row of loops. I then got the 2X when I was done with the 3X and it is satisfying to be able to cinch in the waist trainer each week to the next row. I notice instantly that my stomach and love handles are smoothed over and cinched in. I wear this 5 days a week while I am working of which I stand, walk and sit throughout the day. While sitting this waist trainer keeps me from slouching. I do not feel any discomfort when wearing this item and I wear it against bare skin however I wear a sport tank top over it and under my work shirt to help hide the hook and loop hardware so it is less noticeable. I will continue to purchase this item as I size down.

After a few weeks of wearing an xs waist trainer I was able to fit in the xxs waist trainer which is this one that I ordered. It's crazy because when I purchased this I ordered an xs and a xxs. I barley fit on the first hook on the xs now I'm wearing the first hook on the xxs. This one has a weird smell tho, but overall this was a good investment it works just stay consistent!

I've been wearing this religiously everyday for the past few weeks and I've lost 10 lbs.! It helps me carb my appetite. (I tend to over eat) and helps me with my back posture. I've had really bad back pains since I was a little girl and this has cut down my pain tremendously! It only took me a week to get into the 3rd row. I totally skipped the middle row. I think it's time for a new waist trainer and I think this time I'll be going with a Large! I bought a XXL. (I have the after baby jelly belly | my son is 2 yo LOL.)To be honest though. I lost a few oz just trying to put this bad boy on; the first few weeks was a struggle trying to get into this thing. (Talk about a work out) and it was not comfortable AT ALL! I dread putting it on everyday, and sitting around in it BUT I started to stand more and I do my daily household chores in it and my now clothes so much better on. There are days I wear it all day and night and some when I need a break and my skin needs to breathe. I've thrown it in the wash a few times and I hang dry.
