Love the "Maxi" dresses, but most are made out of a jersey knit, or another material that for me, is too thin to wear out in public.This slip provides that extra layer of coverage needed under these dresses. I ordered this slip in black, and although the length is adjustable, I found it perfect just as it is. No adjustment needed.

This is not see-through. The fabric is medium weight. It fits loosely through the hips and is a good weight for today's maxi dress trend. It washes well (I hang mine to dry.) I like the lace trim. I would recommend!

Okay, this is classic, great material, lives through a wash, keeps your legs intact, not to wide not too narrow, i wear it under all my bohemian skirts, and it doesnât even look like there is a fine line under because of the little lace at the ends,Classic length, so called the Chanel cut, and the material is pretty amazing for the price

This is a beautiful slip. I wear long skirts that basically come down to my ankles. Last time I check at Nordstrom and Macy's for long half slips the store didn't have them. The sales clerks even looked on the computer to see if they carried them somewhere else but no luck. (Nordstroms has beautiful half skirts though.) I found one problem, if I may call it that, and that this slip restricts how big of steps because the meterial isn't like the stretchy flowing stuff most skirts I've seen and bought are. This is only a small issue.

"Snip-it" implies you can cut this slip at different lengths without problem. Nope. If you cut this slip, you'll end up with a raw edge, that's it! There are true "snip-it" slips that have an insertion line of lace that you cut through and it doesn't leave a raw fabric edge. This is NOT one of those. The product title is misleading.However, I didn't have time to return it & I needed a slip so I had to cut it (raw edge, yuck) & use it as-is. What a shame.

I love it! I'm not going to cut it any shorter because I wear longer dresses and need the length. It feels nice and lets myclothes glide across it without bunching. Very grateful I found it and could be ordering more if other colors are offered.

Fine at the waist but very narrow making it difficult to get in and out of car or climb stairs. Will have to cut a slit in the side. Material is thin and clingy. I needed to wear it the day I received it so I took the tag off and wore it so no returning it now. You get what you pay for. Will be a back up

It is harder and harder to find a decent slip or half slip as the younger generation doesn't seem to see their value. I love that it is anti-static. Tested it out today with a polyester tank dress and it performed perfectly. This is not a flimsy nylon slip, it is well-made and fits me perfectly. I definitely will order this again.

Purchased this to wear under my bridesmaid dress which was made of a very cheap material that constantly clung to my body. I purchased the black slip and even in flash photos, you cannot see that I am wearing it underneath the dress. It also prevented the bridesmaid dress from clinging onto my legs.

Women's Anti-Static Half Slip-- The slip is fine and what I expected. However, as for shortening, it leaves much to be desired. If you shorten, you are left with a raw edge--not exactly what one wants. Therefore, I gave a 3 star. If you are happy with the length as is, then it is a great buy and I recommend you purchase the half slip.

So perfect that I ordered two more today. Almost every online maxi dress purchase has turned out to be a see through dress. Why would I purchase a maxi dress if I wanted my legs to be seen? These slips are an absolute must.

Fit true to size. Like the idea that the slip can be cut (without fraying or needing to be hemmed) to the desired length. It is fairly long (mid-calf) and perfect to wear under a maxi length long skirt. Lovey fabric. It's wonderful to once again have a proper slip under my skirt. Excellent purchase

Patricia Lingerie Women's Anti-Static Half Slip Snip-It 27", 29" and 31". The waist is very snug but the thin elastic waistband is very comfortable. The Slip is well sewn with good quality fabric. It washes well in the washing machine on delicate cycle. I'm pleased with it.
