This waist trainer is so super comfortable! I love that it has 6 rows of hooks and it is the perfect length for me! It is very breathable and doesn't ride up or roll down! It holds everything in place and gives a great shape to my figure! I love how supported and secure I feel in it! I use mine as a waist trainer and back support since I sit at a desk all day for work! I will be ordering a few more and definitely would recommend!

Ok soooooo. Thought I would give this one a try because I figured the straps would smooth the top of my back a little bit better than my waist trainer without. First of all, the material was mesh and the boning was plastic. I tried it on and it made me look worse!!!! Made me look like I had more rolls, the top of my butt rolled up into the trainer and made me look like I had two booties. Made the side have two rolls and the front of my stomach stick out more!!! It is going to he returned ASAP!!!

Posture and slimming benefits, best one yet

This is an amazing waist trainer/ posture corrector. I mostly got this for the posture correction. It forces my core muscles to engage and I was a bit sore the first two days but creates an immediate slimming effect both from the tight fabric and from the posture effects. It forces your belly in, butt out, chest up and out. Not to mention the amazing bust lifting perk ;) it is breathable and hand washable which I love. By the second day I could wear it for 6 hours no problem.It has an extra cross of fabric in the back to help posture and along with some posture exercises I feel like this can help me correct chronic back pain Iâve been having from a hunched posture which was not only painful but unattractive as well.This is definitely the best waist trainer I have tried so far because it is mesh and beathable. I may even be able to wear it in summer which would be great. I wouldnât hesitate to buy another. As far as sizing, I have about a 26-27 inch waist and was able to use the medium size just perfectly. I might have been able to use the small but for posture correction the medium works great.

I've tried a similar style of a waist trainer to this one, and the materiel used was very uncomfortable. This waist trainer is not. The material used is smooth and has a little more give. I measured my "waist" and probably could have bought the next smaller size down. I actually wear it now through the night when I go to sleep and will probably purchase another one to workout in. I like the waist training vests as opposed to a traditional waist trainer, because you have full support in your lower abs, upper abs, and back which helps to shapes any love handles and/or back fat. Very pleased with my purchase.
Not just for waist training

I have had multiple hernia repairs, and was told I needed to wear a medical binder. The medical binder is so un-sexy, and with this waist trainer I can feel more like I am wearing lingerie rather than a binder. I am 5'9 weighing 270. I purchased a 5x and it fits me perfectly. I am very grateful I have found something I can wear to help with my medical condition.

The reason I bought this was because it helped hide my upper back fat and it has 6 hook sizes compared to most I saw out there which only had 3. What I noticed was that the 2 thin wires on the back weren't strong (very bendy) and so when I sit and stand, which I do a lot at work, it starts riding up and creates this weird bend on the lower back (see picture) and it doesn't provide a lot of tummy control. I took 2 pictures, one where I let everything go and another where I sucked it in. It wrinkles a lot in the front. I just wish they had put thicker wires in the back and front to prevent this from happening. I'm still keeping it. It does its job to some extent and and does smooth out my sides.
