I purchased this bra for my mother who had a double mastectomy over 15 years ago.We measured her before ordering as a 38. Her old bra was a size 40 and you could tell it was too big, so she needed a new bra.She wanted something soft, nude, and no underwire. Nothing too ftilly that would show under a shirt. We found this bra.The bra arrived and we were thrilled there were 2 bras in the package!Her "boobs" fit into the pockets nicely. The bra was tight, so it runs just a little bit small. Not enough that ordering a size up would have been too big.The bra does not cover up or hold in back fat. However it is well made, comfortable, and we are happy with this purchase.

A great mastectomy bra. With the prosthetic breast in the pocket, the two breasts match perfectly, and under my tee shirts, no one can tell the difference. Very good support, and the breast form stays in place. I liked this bra so well, I now have six of them. It is very well constructed, strong, and pretty. I like it very much.

Update: February 2017!!I can't believe I've had this bra for almost a year now. It still is going strong despite daily usage. The straps on the shoulders are becoming a tad stretched but nothing that tightening the straps hasn't fixed. I do advise handwashing this and letting it hang dry if possible.I've used this while lifting boxes, light jogging, and other activity without too much issue. Though it definitely is NOT a sports bra. While it will hold everything to your chest fine enough, It may swing around a bit if you start sprinting. From what I've been told it doesn't look weird or anything, but it sure feels weird.Oh and if you're using these with Inserts or breast forms that have nipples. It does seem to show nips through fairly well. Not too much of a problem, but funny to explain to friends when it isn't really that cold outside.Old review: March 2016A very well made bra. Looks Great. Fit B Cup silicone inserts with no issue. A little odd to get on if you put the inserts in first and try to hook the clasp and spin it around, but putting the the inserts in after putting it on or simply closing the clasp behind your back with your arms already through the straps would probably be easy enough as long as your flexible enough to pull that off.

Make sure to order one band size larger, then you will love itMy normal size would be 38A but the band was to small. I returned it and ordered the larger size 40 A and it fits great..I had no surgery but have been searching a long time for a wirefree bra which will give me support. I like wearing soft sportsbras during the winter but need something better for the summer when wearing dresses with a nice V neck. I am happy that I found this bra. It feels a bit uncomfortable the first 30 min but this is probably because I am so much used to the sportbras. I can add light pads in the pockets which shapes my breast perfectly. I gave it 4 stars only although 5 might be well deserved. However, it is not the super perfect bra. I am not âthe moonâ but I getting a very good value for the money. Also 1 star less because of the wrong size chart.
Awesome! Order your normal band size if using heavy breastforms IMO!

Best, most comfortable, softest everyday bra I have found to securely hold both of my breast forms. I have tried several brands, and the two of these that I have purchased from Amoena are by far the best! I am 5â7, 150 lbs, 36D, 30, 37. Teardrop heavy silicone forms. IMPORTANT NOTE: it is my experience that these bras run very true to size; I initially followed the most helpful review and ordered one band size up...(38 Dcup) .and while it was ok, the bra just did not hold my forms quite as securely against my chest... and I constantly was âadjustingâ throughout the day. I looked closely at the detailed sizing illustrations the manufacture provides, and decided to order my normal band size.... 36 D cup. SO glad that I did! Perfect! Comfortable, nothing moves all day, and my forms feel almost like my own breasts. I think without an underwire support itâs critical that the band size be correct with . Hope this helps!

A must have I absolutely love this bra. It has been hard to find a bra that fits, as I am large around. One thing I would caution others on is that the larger you go up in size around, the cup size get's somewhat out of portion large. I usually am a C cup, when I was thinner, but now had to go to an A cup because it is so large around. At first I was worried because I have never worn a bra without an underwire, since I first started wearing bras. But this bra supports well and is so, so comfortable. With all the other bras I have worn, as soon as I hit the house, I whipped off my bra first thing because in sitting at a computer all day, I just wanted relief. But this is a bra that I wear all day, and I don't feel the need to git it off as quick and soon as possible. .Great buy. I'm ordering a second bra right now. I originally only ordered one to try out and made sure it worked for me. I am sold and want a few more to use while I launder the other. (I don't put it in the dryer, I just let it air dry so it will last as long as possible.

Bought as a gift for my mother who had a single mastectomy after breast cancer. With this bra, The one natural breast fits perfectly in the one cup, and the silicone prosthetic fits perfectly in the pocket of the other. The straps, once adjusted properly fit wonderfully as well. She is extremely satisfied with every aspect of this purchase and has more confidence than ever.

I bought this bra for the pockets. I wanted to be able to stash stuff without it poking out of my cleavage. It works fine for that. I was concerned that the wide side panels would cut into my underarms, but they didn't. I did find the size labels felt slick and gross, so I cut them off, which I don't usually do. As for the size, my over bust measurement is 38. I had to get a 40, and it just fits on the last hooks. If you want to compare to your current bra, the band on a 40 measures 31 to the first hook without stretching it.

Lovely bras but were not suitable for me. I thought I would be fine with no under wiring. Something I thought I'd try but realise I need it. I didn't have to send them back as my friend liked them.

it was a nice bra. but for a well known name and not a cheap bra. i find 38c was a small fit. so i let a friend who is 36b cup have it..
