I love how much these suck in and smoothes out everything. I followed their size chart. I'm 5ft8,200lbs and I was a little worried about the hips (mine are 43in) but these are actually comfortable and don't cut into me. Great quality doesn't slide. Has a great grip on you but doesnt suffocate you. Very much recommended and price is perfect for this amazing quality!!!

After reading the reviews I decided to get a way bigger size since I thought it was going to come about right. Ended up having to return cause it was too big. So I changed for a size up o ou and it fits perfect. Very good material and well done

Glad I got this, the size is perfect, fits nicely snug and it's soft. I can sit and bend easily without feeling it cutting into my skin!

Looooooove! Iâm usually a medium but I gained some weight and purchased a large. Fits great. Maybe the extra large wouldâve been perfect but the large along with the weight I gained worked very well. Loooove it!

Nice item just a little confusing when it comes to the sizing. Order a size bigger than you would usually do.

This fit really small and the size u fortunately did not match the chart sizing the quality wasnât the best either. I did have to return it

It is a great waist trainer and well made,won't roll up and down when you exercise.I bought several before,and quality is bad ,so that didn't work. I found this good trainer for a long time.One of my frind recommend it to me.Thank you so much!Just giving some advice for anyone who want to buy it.
