This hoop skirt is great. I own a princess party business so I know my hoop skirts and go through a lot of them. Itâs very full but not too cupcakey and I love that the ruffles help the boning to not been seen through the dress. I will definitely be buying more!

My daughter is wearing this petticoat under her dress. She is 5'4" and wearing 2 inch heals in this photo. We ordered a M size 8 and it fit perfectly. Poofy but not too much.

Wonderful hoop skirt. Popped right out of the bag, huge, ruffled and ready to go. Encased elastic waistband with velcro and drawstring closure.Has layers of ruffles to hide the metal boning so it can be worn alone. I'm 5'1" so I trip on it a lot but I just safety pit it up a little in the front. There is a lot of room underneath I wore it for Halloween with thermals and was toasty. As you start to put on layers you get pretty warm. I show it inside out and backwards so you can get an idea of the boning. It looks like it could be adjusted but I'm not going to mess with it. It got a little twisted up when I tried to pack it back up so after fixing that now I scoop it up through the waist, gather the hoops and hang it on a hook for storage. No more twisting. I bought the black because I figured the hem would get dirty and I can't keep up with cleaning white.I got a bustle wrap, jacket and dress to go with this skirt. Extremely happy. A must for dress up and costumes. Add volume to your wardrobe!

Cons: I am 5â7 and this skirt tied around my waist did not reach the floor.Pros: it didnât really need to, provided a long skirt goes over it. The hoops are adjustable, which was awesome because it was VERY wide, otherwise. I was able to adjust it down to a size better fitting a âScottish peasantâ versus a Civil War belle, so you can see how versatile it is.
Fit my 3X body perfectly. Yas Yas Yas!

Wow. Love. Drag queen here and I was praying the large size would fit. When it came in I was OVER THE MOON to find that itâs actually a little large. I usually wear 3Xl dresses/bodysuits/skirts and this could easily fit a 5X/6X figure. It has some Velcro as the closure and a draw string you can tie.I love that it came in black and was PERFECT for my look.EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS.

This is the 3rd petticoat I have bought for my wedding dress. FINALLY I got the one the that gave it the fluffy look I have been looking for. I really wanted to stay away from the hoops but it just seemed like the next choice to go since I was not getting anywhere with the hoop less ones. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because it could use just a little more fabric to hide the hoops. It fit great also, not tight at all!!!I am really excited to wear this on my wedding day as my dress it going to look FANTASTIC!!!!!

I used this ruffled hoop skirt for a VIctorian Ball dress, with a chiffon skirt and a bodice with appliques (all from Amazon). The hoop skirt came folded into a package smaller than a briefcase; cut the package open and SPROING! it becomes a hoop skirt! I used a steamer to take out wrinkles. I got sooo many compliments on the outfit; hope I get to wear it again! To store it, Google "how to fold up a hoop skirt", there are lots of Youtube videos on it. Basically you twist it up and it will fit in a package the size of a briefcase again (I used a mesh laundry bag). Wonderful!

This petticoat fit me as expected and has really enhanced my wedding dress perfectly! I wanted a little more of a poof and a simple way to lift the hem a little bit and this did just that! It came clean and nicely packaged and has a comfortable fit that allows for extra room while also allowing me to tighten and secure it with the velcro and string. The only thing I have found wrong was with the strings that you use to tie are starting to fray, but cutting the strings was a simple fix for that. I haven't tried messing with the hoops at all because I like them just as they are. I also tried sitting with it on and it wasn't a problem at all.

Absolutely thrilled to bits with this crinoline!As an avid steampunker I have a fair few crinolines to my name now, including another 'version' of this one ('cheaper in every respect - not nearly so full, and with very disappointing ruffles - not a patch on this one).It shouldn't be such a big thing to say that something looks just like the picture, but anyone who regularly shops on the internet will appreciate this comment only too well.The ruffles are full (just like the picture) and the crinoline is pleasantly large. The waist size is exactly as it says it is, and the hoop sizes are wonderfully full too.This is without a doubt, a most excellent purchase - well worth the money.

This is great... You could wear it as an outer garment! It is packed flat so took me hire some time to iron. The hoops are fine but I wanted a late Victorian look so removed them. It was still really full once ironed, and not too heavy. The hoops are made well enough that I think you could put them back in and take them out a lot without a problem.To wear as a skirt you might want to fit a zip as there is an opening, but the gathers do hide it well.

This petticoat was really comfortable to wear, and it made my wedding dress look amazing. I was able to move easily in it because it bends, and it's lightweight to wear, so you don't feel constrained wearing it. I had no problem wearing it to climb on a boat, dance or navigate tight spaces.I was really happy with it, and the delivery was quick too.

I couldnât make it for this price. A great petticoat for the money, really pleased. Size M fits a 12 perfectly with a drawstring and/or Velcro for smaller sizes and I would think it would be fine for size 14 and possibly 16. Should give the dress a beautiful shape. Very happy

This is a very full petticoat that comes flat pack but springs to life on opening the package. Very creased but irons beautifully once the metal boning is removed.
