Nice material but very very small

I like the material and construction of the petti pants, but this size (small) was too small even for me, who wears size 4 jeans. If I pulled the petti pants way down below the natural waist, like hip huggers, they would sort-of fit, but I want them to rest at my waist.
but I'm not sure whether this is a result of poor worksmanship or my own hubris for ordering a size ...

I ordered a size down, and the legs are snug against my thighs which are proportionally a bit thicker than the rest of my body tends to be. There's not much elasticity to the fabric. After about ten wears/washes I'm mildly concerned about the stitching near the seat, but I'm not sure whether this is a result of poor worksmanship or my own hubris for ordering a size down. Likely the later.

I like the material as it's not super thin and flimsy. I didn't like the fit around the crotch area as it seems too short so I'd have to wear it down on my hips which doesn't feel comfortable to me. The length is good and the lace detail is nice though.

These are great for a short skirt, however they do not come up to my waist. They seem to ride slightly below the waist, on the hip. Would rather they hit the waist where most skirts do!

I like these kinds of slips but I ordered the golden and got white instead. Otherwise I am pleased. It is very short shorter than I expected based on the chart.

The ANNY Woman's white pettipant bloomer was for my granddaughter. However, after seeing the quality, I want a black one and a white in a much larger size but can't locate plus size on the Amazon site? Appreciate help.
