Get these ASAP. They are great under skirts! I say go with your size and don't try make it a girdle. I weigh around 148# and wear a size 7 undies. I got a large and a medium and like the large better...the medium tends to put flab where you don't want it at top of waist band because the waist band is just a little higher than most underpants. but will wear both since there is not a lot of difference in how they feel, both comfy.

I searched all over for a well-rated pair of thigh slimming shapewear and found this. I am getting married in a few months and needed something to slim my "pooch" and thighs underneath my dress. I am very pleased with this. My problem area is my outer thighs or "saddlebags" per say...and this does well to smooth them. I recommend! Fits well, very comfortable. I have high expectations for this product! Plus ...cheaper than spanx :)

These are not great. Maidenform use to sell light weight thigh slimmers called "Sweet Nothings" which were perfect. The fit was perfect, was breathable, and didn't show "lines". These are not those. The materials is thicker; and the fit is "mid thigh". I'm 5.1 so someone taller would probably consider these boyshorts. I wish maidenform would still sell the Sweet Nothings.

These are SUPER thick, as other reviewers stated - not good for hot weather at all! They do smooth the tummy nicely, and don't seem to ride up or roll down on me. I liked that the center gusset had two seams rather than one - which typically helps avoid the dreaded noise when walking, but these do make a fair amount of noise when walking anyways. I prefer my spanx shorts as they are much thinner material and better under dresses in warm weather.

I ordered this based on customer reviews, but the reviewers that liked it must have gotten a different product than I received. The waist band rolled down and the legs rolled up. One of the most uncomfortable pieces of shapewear that I have ever worn. I sent it back the same day. It was awful! I also ordered the Arabella Smoothing Shapewear so I could compare the two. The Arabella material is lightweight, the waistband and leg bands stay where they are supposed to, and it does an excellent job of creating a sleek look under clingy knit dresses. Of the two, the Arabella is much the better product!

I wore these for shapewear under my wedding dress. These worked well the day of. I am usually a size 14 and ended up getting the x large. The large was a little too tight and I was worried that the top would roll down so I ended up getting the x large. This was perfect for the day of the wedding and I had no issues with the top or the legs rolling up or down, but as I wore them later under pencil skirts and such ,the legs began to roll up. Also they were a little long in the leg so it may show depending on your skirt length.

I bought one pair a year ago for my wedding and it was amazing. Gave a nice firm control in the pooch area of the tummy and also gave a little lift in the butt. Made anything that jiggled stay in place and you couldn't see it under my wedding dress. I've worn it countless times since under my pencil skirts or contouring dresses. I always wash in the machine, but hang to dry. I did buy an additional nude pair as well as a black pair. The black was fraying inside before I even wore it, so it got returned. I tend to pull mine a little higher because otherwise it ends awkwardly at my navel ring. Due to that, the tops do roll down a little when I'm sitting if I do not have entirely proper posture. But while standing or even dancing for hours, everything is comfortable and great.

Was surprised at the size when I open package, but tried them on and they do what they are suppose to do..slim belly and thighs..haven't had the chance to wear them yet..will keep you posted!!

These are ok in the winter when I wear them under tights. But when I wear them in summer there's nothing to hold them in place, so the waist rolls down and the thighs roll ALL THE WAY UP MY LEGS TO MY PANTY LINE. It happens pretty much the minute I sit down. So I spend a lot of my day ducking behind the door in my office to make adjustments. This is not a good look if you are wondering. Desperately searching for a comparable product that gives some tummy support, doesn't create bulging rolls around my back, and stays put on the thighs.

Fit kind of tight at first, but after 2-3 times wearing it stretched in all the right areas and fits like a glove! Perfect if your inner thighs rub together a bit, or your looking for that super cute smooth look in maxi dresses. It's very breathable! It gets to 35-45 degrees here and I can wear it comfortably all summer. Always by go to especially when wearing shorter dresses. Gives you that extra feeling of security, you can play hard and still be COVERED lol I've actually sleeps in it before (party) and was not uncomfortable.

I liked that the material is very comfortable and good quality, also that the tummy support is 2-ply material. However, they need to adjust the design to include a band at the top that prevents it from rolling down.

J'ai bien reçu le short gainant tel que montré sur les photos, mais contrairement à ce qui est indiqué en photo de description, il NE FAIT PAS DU TOUT PARTIE DE LA GAMME "BOTTOM SOLUTIONS" mais de la gamme "Tummy/waist" !!! Donc le contraire de ce que je cherche.Sinon la matière est agréable et il aide à harmoniser les formes, mais pour les hanches c'est insuffisant puisque pas de la bonne gamme.Au niveau de la taille, je fait un 42-44 des hanches et le XL est bien mais limite pas assez serré.Je suis de plus en plus déçue d'Amazon (puisque a priori ce sont eux les vendeurs et non directement la marque...)
