Overall good, but you get what you pay for (or don't)

I ordered the size that corresponds to the number on my bra size, as others suggested, and it fits my top half perfectly. The fit in the hips is acceptable (I'm a pear shape with hips about 10" larger than my waist), there wasn't any bunching/pulling/stretching and it wasn't tight, but I could have used another half inch or so. I think some reviewers felt that this might not fit smaller people, but the 34"/18" fits me pretty well (5'2", 130lbs, very pear shaped). The hem hit me a hair above mid-thigh.The materials are about what you could expect for the price. The lace is cheap and a bit scratchy, but I haven't washed it yet, so maybe that will go away. The straps do seem to slide a little too easily, so I may end up just sewing them in place.
Okay slip but feels rough

It is hard to find a full slip nowadays so I was thrilled to see this one in my size. But when I got it I was disappointed to feel the material. Usually slips are soft and flowy. This one is not. Itâs somewhat hard which Iâm hoping will soften after a few washes. Iâm exchanging it for an even larger size. I have a 44 inch bust but a 39 inch waist. This slip fit fine in the bust, Iâd say a little big. But the waist was snug, not tight, but touched my skin. Overall, Iâm just thrilled to find a full slip in my size.

I purchased this slip for my mother who is in a nursing home; slips are very hard to come by these days, especially in Plus sizes, and I know this one fits her. But when I opened the slip, the one strap wasn't even connected and the other one was incorrectly connected, in that it probably would have come apart the first time she wore it. Fortunately, I had a camisole with that type of strap so I was able to figure out how to attach it correctly. Another observation that I made is that the fabric is now so incredibly thin that you can see the stamped label right through it so you wouldn't want to wear it with anything very see-through...pretty cheaply made!! The only reason I would consider purchasing this item again is because, as I already mentioned, I have had such a hard time getting slips to fit her properly in the past and I know this one works. It would just be nice if they could step up the quality a bit, and perhaps finish assembling the product in future!
Overall, it's fine, but it has one design flaw.

The slip fits just fine, the fabric and workmanship are good, the price is very reasonable, and it's comfortable to wear and easy to launder.One problem, though. At the bust, it has two tucks (hardly visible on the photo unless you know to look). Instead of distributing the fabric on the underside to form the bust, they sewed in two tucks on each side running from the bottom seam of the bust towards a bit above the center. If the fabric of your blouse or dress isn't thick, these tucks show through which makes for a distracting look and is completely unnecessary. The bust panels should be smooth.
Fits well and works as intended.

Material isnât as nice as some vintage slips I own, but just as good as anything that you find in a store now-a-day. Older slips were made out of nylon tricot and itâs so soft and stretchy. This slip has no stretch but is true to size. The number size you order should be the same as your bra band size. Iâm a D cup and I still fit into it, but the slip covers a little less than my Demi bra cups, so wouldnât recommend for anyone larger than a D. I also ordered a 32, so I canât say if the larger sizes can fit larger breasts. The slip worked as expected, I use them to keep my dresses from catching a riding up while wearing heavy weight tights for winter. I wear wool and cotton tights when itâs cold and without a slip they will ride up when I walk.

This slipfits me perfect and for the price I really love it. I am 5'4" 127lbs and ordered the 34 chest/18 length. This slip fits my chest perfect, even with a push up bra, and hits me about 4-5 inches above the knee. I can definately see why many reviews mention the straps, the fabric and clasps feel flimsy. However I had no issues with sliding, and the straps haven't required stitching (only wore it one day so far). My slip does have a small stitching flaw where the left strap connects to the front, causing the fabric to pull/lay differently, but it isnt noticable under my dresses. I took away one star for the fabric quality, it isnt itchy, I just wish it felt more luxurious, and I think it won't last very long. If this slip was silk with closer attention to detail then it would get 5 stars.

It's okay, I am not fond of the fabric as it is rather thin and not very movable as you would expect a slip that is not snug. One really wants a nice draping slip that moves well, this just doesn't. Amazon has another slip that is really nice, shadowline stretch lace, it feels good against the skin and moves well. You can get it with adjustable straps or the lace straps, I got the lace straps and it is not itchy lace.
Sized Wrong

I have had a Vanity Fair slip for over 20 years but it was time to replace with a new one. The same brand and size slip has totally been sized wrong from what they used to be. The new Vanity Fair slip is skin tight, which makes it very uncomfortable. Apparel is not made to the true size as in the past. Throwing this New slip in garbage since it can't be worn nor returned. Too sad.
Change for the worse

I have this slip, but wanted a larger size for flowy dresses. I bought it a size larger than the one I have, and the new one is smaller! The fabric is also different, much cheaper and scratchy.

One of the straps was sewn on with a twist. It's annoying, but not enough to return for replacement.
