I loved these!

I loved these!! I am 5'5 and pre-pregnancy weight 140lbs. When I got these I was 190lbs! (I got up to 217lbs before delivery!) I ordered size C and it was snug but it's suppose to be! Everything was nice and smooth under my clothes!

Before pregnancy I was 114 lbs and 5'2" tall. I'm currently 19 weeks and weigh 126 lbs. I ordered an A it fits great with even some room to spareTip to not get tear or hole:When putting on pull only legs near thigh. Do not pull anywhere near sheer panel on front. Don't pull up on the front even if you're extremly gentle. Pull on legs to get up and on the crotch but don't pull up on the sides even. Pull up from the back even. Then finally pull on top band a little to get the front in place. There is no hole in the crotch to peeTop of the belly band is a little big or lose

These are NOT seamless.

Tons of flaws in this product, and the biggest one being.. these are NOT seamless (isn't that the point of spanx... seam free?! LOL) Huge seams everywhere!! With the biggest ones being around the belly (major eye sore). Check out the photo attached. Huge thick seams all around the belly area-- way embarrassing after looking back at photos. Super unimpressed with this "high quality" brand! I ended up buying the "peauty" brand seamless under wear and I love them, and they are half the price.

Great but fragile

I want to give these spanx 5 Stars because they are definitely the most comfortable pregnancy support shaper I have found. I honestly love them. The issue is that all 3 pairs I have have ended up getting runs and rips in the thin belly covering so I end up having to throw them away. It’s SUPER frustrating and it usually happens after just a few uses. I really think they need to use a thicker and more durable fabric so they hold up better. It doesn’t matter how gentle I am with them, they rip.

Better than most reviews suggest!

Other reviews are correct, you have to be careful putting these on as the belly panel is made of a thinner material (think pantyhose) vs. shapewear material like the rest of the garment. However, I personally like this about the design, as it provides compression, smoothing and skin breathing without being too restricting - which can cause additional swelling and bloating. Outside of that, I found it to be very comfortable and had zero issues wearing all day, before and after eating, morning and evening. I’ve had no issues with tears so far.Cons: I did find that it sized slightly large (def for spanx!), especially around the rib cage area. I got the B-size at 6 months / entering 3T and at 160. I’m 5’6. I still have room to grow but wanted a shaper for some photos. Also, I found the leg / crotch area to be a little ill-fitting. The tops of the thighs don’t sit flush to my skin. However, this is fine under dresses.

I’m going to be a matron of honor for a wedding in a few weeks. I did my first bridesmaid dress fitting and because I’m 25 weeks pregnant, the material on the dress stretched and showed ALL of my backside and legs cellulite and underwear. I decided to buy my first pair of SPANX and I couldn’t be happier!!! It smoothed everything out!!!! I got an “A” bare, and I’m 5’2” and 122 lbs and they fit perfectly!!! Sooo happy I won’t have to worry about what my behind looks like on my cousin’s big day.

Stomach mesh area rips

Cathie

Reviewed in the United States on March 28, 2018

I purchased these for my vulvar varicosities during pregnancy. They’re definitely amazing and helped a lot with the pain, but I gave a low review because the mesh over the stomach tore (it’s like tights material) almost immediately. I don’t have long nails (I bite so they’re actually incredibly short). Each rip was simply from pulling it over my stomach. I’m not sure why it wasn’t just all made of the same material. That would be much better.

I absolutely LOVED these tights! Bought them to wear under a fitted dress to a wedding, to sort out the muffin top my knickers we're giving me. Gave me a fab smooth silhouette, even accentuated my waist a bit. Bump area super comfy as tights is a lot thinner over bump. Also the tights themselves survived getting caught on my ring a few times! Didn't ladder even after many trips to the loo(I'm super heavy handed)!

Really expensive nylons

I have another spanx undergarment and the quality difference between the two is stark. The other one is thick and sturdy, and I don't worry about accidentally putting a run in it when putting it on. This one reminds me of the little footies some shoe stores have for trying on shoes. I've worn it once and was genuinely surprised it didn't snag on something and fall apart. I get I'll only be wearing it for the remainder of my pregnancy. I just expected higher quality based on previous Spanx products I've purchased. I shouldn't have to worry about how many wears I'll get out of it before it falls apart, especially not for $32. It gets 1 star because it's better than having nothing at all under a dress or skirt.

Yes I quite liked these. I had a family wedding and purchase to wear under the dress. I will only get one wear out of them. I bought a size 10 and they fit true to size. I think for me it was more of a confidence thing as I don't think they change body shape dramatically. I did feel that they offered some support around bump for standing and also the belly button was not visible through the dress compared to without the tights.

I ordered this along with the Slim Me after reading reviews. I have to agree with reviewers that the primary material is exactly like a pair of nylons and seems it will ladder quite easily. I sent it back as the Slim Me seemed far more durable and fit perfectly. For the price, this doesn't make sense since you're likely to get 1 or 2 wears out of it before it ladders.

I always go a size down with products like these to get a better tighter fit and this is the same. Bought for a summer wedding to smooth out lumps and bumps from my pregnancy and felt comfortable. Think I would have liked the material to be slightly thicker but still does the job

The size was ok but after one time of wearing it, the fabric was torn in the bump area, the fabric is to thin! I can't use it anymore so £30 for one time, it's a little bit expensive. I am really disappointed.
