Received my waist trainer today it seems a size too small but not life threatening tight. I'm 5'3 I went from a size medium weighing 160lbs (waist trainer #1) to a size small weighing 145 lbs (waist trainer #2) I also walk and take the stairs to help with the melting!!! Enjoy it ladies n gents! It's well worth it!

*Updated review*Iâm enjoying this waist trainer. Like most woman Iâve tried many different kinds and this one beats all of them.Pros: I can breaths and move! The hold and lift is excellent! The price is reasonable. Iâve worn this under clothes and it looks awesome!Cons: The zipper is the best and worst feature! After securing the corset if youâre not EXTREMELY careful you will pinch your skin and oh my does that hurt!!!Recommendations: You may need help putting this on the first time. Wear clear wrap under the waist trainer for maximum sweat or a tight shirt to protect against pinching your skin.

One of my favorite amazon products!!!! I wear medium in shirts that I'm trying to squeeze into and I got a Large in this thing. It fits perfect, has my silhouette on POINT! If you are afraid this will show in a lot of outfits, don't be, surprisingly, it doesn't show much and I wear a lot of tight and fitted shirts. It was terrible at first because I couldn't get it zipped up, so be careful not to zip your skin. Wear it on just the skin and then wear it with a camisole or something underneath TJ see which way you like it. Also this thing moves, so I go to dance class and dance everyday in this and I don't feel like I'm constricted. I only gave it 4 stars bc I've only had it for two months and one of the bones broke, so I bought another one. However my friend has had hers for an entire year and it just now broke, so maybe it's because I dance in mine. Its pretty durable though. Oh and it also makes it look like I have a nice round butt, you should definitely buy this! I wear it as often as possible! Here are some pics with it on. I have hips, but they're are way more defined with this one! That pic in the white has a light silver necklace coming down, that's not the shaper showing.

They were awesome. I originally ordered a medium and it was way too small. I contacted the seller and they sent me a large free of charge and they informed me that I didn't have to return the smaller size. A++++ customer service. My waist is 32 in., and you can hardly see it under clothes. Great quality and product!

I love this so much I ordered a second one. I am 220lbs and ordered a 2X to begin with. I was only wanting to hide and tuck in my tummy. I love my hips and my love handles but my tummy sticks out a bit. I already love my body but why not look just a little bit sexxier when I got out with my boyfriend?!First off: IT DOES HAVE A SMELL. I SMELLED LIKE A DAMN TIRE FACTORY WHEN I WORE IT THE FIRST DAY. It still smells like a tire but airing out does help and the smell does eventually go away.I love how this fits. It's a bit of a struggle to put on just because I've never put a "corset" on before. That's what it feels like I'm tucking myself into but everyday it gets a littler easier and takes me less time to put it on.I tried it out by trying to fit into my senior prom dress. It was a success and I look even better in it then I did back in high school.I was able to get all my tummy inside and zip it up just fine. It's so comfortable. You can't see it through the clothes and after awhile I forget I'm wearing it. I wear it a few hours each day to get used to wearing it until I can wear it for multiple hours a day. I did go ahead an order a 3X just to feel the difference between how comfortable the 2X is compared to the 3X. I do plan on keeping both.Overall this is wonderful and had no problems with the size chart or just comparing my weight and body shape to some of the photos and reviews already uploaded. I am not disappointed.

Did not expect such great quality from this product.. After purchasing I am overly happy with this clip and zip. I bought a clip and zip from killer kurves for over $60, this product is the EXACT same but with two clips on each tab then three.. same material CHEAPER price! I wouldnât hesitate to buy. Iâm 5â4 150lbs and bought a large. Hugs everything in the right place. Iâm so satisfied and will purchase again!

The quality of this waist trainer is outstanding. It does however, fit small. I wear a size XL and the 3XL was what was recommended based on my measurements. I was JUST able to get it done up. Once it was on it felt very supportive and it even helped relieve some of my back pain. I was able to wear it for a couple of hours around the house no problem. I was able to bend over and pick up my daughter without suffocating. I would recommend, but definitely follow the measurements rather than just going by the size of clothes you wear.

Ordered small for my 28" waist. Decent quality, it's a tad bit tight as expected I could have gone a size up but I'm trying to lose a few inches around the waist and expect it to be perfect in a few months. Came quickly, a tiny little latexy smell but no unpleasant. I worn it a full day and it was decently comfortable, however, if you plan to eat a lot don't wear it...Good buy.

All I can say is, GO BY THE CHART! After reading some reviews of how this fits too big, I thought I'd get a size smaller. (Almost ordered an XXXL, but went with the XXL, because people were saying they "fit big")I wish I would've went with my 1st instincts, and chosen a triple X! The quality is great, but it took me awhile to get into an XXL-it just left me with indentations all over my torso, and was extremely uncomfortable. I may have to buy another 1 that's my actual size (XXXL), and save the XXL for when I lose more weight!!! (I'm a size 20/22) Unfortunately, it already broke, and it's too late to return it!!!
