Don't bother - waste of money

I'm always on the lookout for the right boy shorts for women. My ideal features are:1. At the waist or slightly below the waist in order to minimize the risk of muffin tops;2. Smooth lines that won't show under clothing;3. Legs that don't loosen or ride up;4. Last but not least, a comfortable crotch that will keep a pantiliner in place.I tried out this 6-pack because of the good reviews, reasonable price and good solid colors. Also, in the photos, the waist seems to satisfy my first requirement - they look like they are not worn way down at the hips like many boy shorts are. The photos also show a snug fit around the legs.I am 5'2", 114 lbs, and normally wear a small, but I ordered a medium because I don't want a very tight fit (again to minimize muffin tops and seam lines).Here is my review:The fabric is soft, smooth, and stretchy. The legs fit snugly and do not loosen or ride up.When unstretched, the rise is a bit too short for me. Yes, I can stretch it enough to wear the brief at my waist, but if I do, the crotch becomes uncomfortable. It fits best when worn slightly below the waist, which is fine with me if it stayed there, but the thick and strong elastic waistband keeps shifting back up to my waist. The thick waistband also gives me a slight muffin top when worn at the hip, and shows under clingy clothing.This brief has no real gusset. It has seams that criss-cross right at the crotch, which is the worst design for a woman's brief, but the maker did try to improve on it by stitching a patch of fabric over the cross. I used a pantiliner, which adhered relatively well to the fabric patch. However, the pantiliner eventually formed a mountain fold because of the cross seams under the fabric patch, and became really uncomfortable, especially when the waistband rides up higher.Here is how I solved the issue. I completely removed the elastic waistband. It was not needed anyway. The brief is perfectly fine without it; the maker should have simply hemmed the waistband as is. Without the thick elastic, the brief no longer rides up, and having a pantiliner is now more tolerable despite the cross seams under it. In addition, there are absolutely no more seams that show under clingy clothing.Would I buy this pack again! Of course not, because it took a good amount of time to undo all the stitches to remove the elastic band from one brief, and now I have to do it 5 more times. But once I get that done, these 6 briefs should be usable while I search once more for the perfect boy shorts for me.UPDATE: I ended up throwing them away because that thick cross seam in the center of the crotch just ended up being unbearable after a few hours. Women's underwear should never have thick seams that run down the center of the panty - any woman would know this! That little patch of cloth tried to help but did not succeed in the long run.
Not a fix for chafing.

These are quite thin and do not have much compression at all. I bought them because I like to wear dresses and skirts in the summer, but I have âstrongâ thighs that chafe and need shorts underneath to prevent that. These start out long enough to do the trick, but as the material stretches a bit through the day, the shorts ride up and allow chafing. They are SUPER soft, though.

Could not wear under jeans, they roll up when putting on jeans and the leg seams show. They advertised they can be worn under pants, maybe loose or baggy pants but not regular Jean's. Also the seam going from front top to back top is not a comfortable fit. The good thing is the material is nice.

I really like these. Super soft and comfortable. Have only worn a few times so cannot speak to their durability but for the price of 6 pairs itâs not even realavent. Iâm 5â7â about 175 and ordered large... fits great, highly recommend & would order again.
Sizing different! Watch out!

From a 5 rating in March to a 1 in August. If you look at my pics youâll see the issue. March order these were perfect - ordered a 4x and they were comfy - I called them PERFECT. But August I ordered 2 more packs, same size, same sku number - vastly different size though still labeled a 4x. And the size of one pair in the pack was so small (yet labeled a 4x) I couldnt even get them on. Contacted customer service and will adjust rating for resolution but I am severely mad at wasting $80!!!

I really like these. They are very comfortable and true to size as far as I am concerned. I ordered the 3x and they fit perfect. I am a little disappointed that on one pair the stitching started to come apart. I hope this doesn't happen to the rest of them because I really love them. I just stitched it up and its good as new. I have never worn this style before, but I have to say I think these will be part of my everyday wardrobe. Delivery was on time and they were packaged very nicely. I do recommend these.

Sizing is accurate! Fit great, bought them to wear under a dress. Couldnât be happier with them. I have washed and dried them a few times and they hold up well. Would definitely recommend.

These are just perfect to wear. Very soft and comfortable. Long enough in the legs to make walking in a dress or skit great without wearing nylons. Totally love them - in fact - I bought 2 more packages of them to replace all my other panties.
