Fits well

I had originally tried on this bra at Belk but, because of the snooty sales associate in the lingerie / bra section, I decided to order this online instead. I still get a little bit of underarm chafe from the underwire after 6+ hrs of wearing, which is why I am knocking off 1 star. I am a 36 DDD right now so anyone with a large chest understands the frustrations that come with that. So far I haven't found the perfect go to bra but this is good enough and well-made to justify spending $60 or more. I really like the lace detail on the straps that doesn't follow all the way up to the front of the strap but is just in the back. The material is not itchy which you can usually find with lace detail.

Great bra for shallow top/full bottom & east/west breasts!

This bra is very comfortable and supportive! I have somewhat shallow top/full bottom breasts and WOW this bra acts more as a push up and in for me! I'm thrilled about that because it is hard to find a push up for cups over D. I ordered this bra in 34DDD also, which I'm waiting for. I need the 36 on the 1st rung, so won't be keeping this one because I'm afraid it will stretch before I get my wear out of it. Hope the 34 fits as well in the cup!

One of the best I have found.

This is a nearly perfect bra for me. Great fit, nice shape, light padding for modesty. And it is pretty. One star off because the cup size did not go up to my size, and I had to get a sister size so it is *almost* perfect, but not quite. Wacoal makes my favorite bras.

True Love - best bra I have found

I thought that I could not love any bra more than Wacoal La Femme Contour bra.. well this one is even better. I am a 36G and this bra is perfect for my breast size and shape. I love that the back only has 2 rows of hooks as I am petite and most bras in my size increase as cup size goes over D, making the band way to big and overwhelming for my frame. These cups offer more coverage than the La Femme making them even better under knit/t-shirts. I hope they never discontinue this. The lace on the back is such a beautiful touch.. more of this PLEASE! Finally a large breasted girl can have a pretty bra that suits her petite frame!

Comfortable bra

This is a beautiful and comfortable bra! If you are a bigger chested, do expect the part of cups near the armpits to be a little less supported than the rest of the bra, and I do wish it had triple hooks instead of the standard double hook. Otherwise, I’ve had no spillage AT ALL which is crazy with a low cut bra!

First Disappointment With Wacoal Fire and Lace

Lisa R.

Reviewed in the United States on May 6, 2019

All my bras are Wacoal and I gravitate towards Fire & Lace, so I was shocked at the fit & structure of this bra. I wear a 38G, so it's unreasonable to expect much of anything to be a push up bra. My breasts are too heavy. But this bra is flimsy - the cups are flimsy (softer than normal) & without strucure & for Pete's sake - what are manufacturer's thinking when they put stretchy, bouncy straps on bras for women w large breasts? If you want to look like you have two yo-yo's under your shirt, I guess it's a good look, but it's not what I 'm paying for. The singular reason it's getting two stars is I stumbled upon something I haven't been able to find anywhere else. I have three large herniated discs at bra strap level that require ablation periodically. It hurts to wear a binding bra, but going without a bra is out of the question. The bra band is very soft, but if you intend wear it normally, I wonder if it would "float". I may have received a mismarked bra, if so, they should take better care in quality control. I checked the label and received what I ordered.

I ordered a 34G and it seems small for a G cup bra

I recently outgrew all of my DDD bras and I was immediately frustrated that I couldn't find a size bigger in any store. I had bad experiences buying bras online so I was hesitant about trying again. The band size fit perfectly but the cup size I found to be only slightly larger than my old DDD bras, so it's not a perfect fit. I am going to keep the bra because it's workable for now, but it may be a band aid solution. The bra is very pretty which is very difficult to find in larger bra sizes. Being in my early 20s I want to feel cute and not like a grandma with my undergarments. This is a nice bra that I would recommend to other busty girls, just imagine the cup size to be a little small. It feels like it is made with sturdy material and it seems like it will last a while.

Not for augmented breasts

Okay so I'm a size 32G. Because I have implants my breasts are round and rather close together and full on the top. This bra, unfortunately gave me the dreaded "muffin boob" even though it is technically the correct size per my chest measurements. Needless to say... I returned it. If you don't have implants or full breasts it may work for you - just not fake boob approved.

First Wacoal bra I've bought, cups fit nicely, but the underwire digs into my underarms, which means the cups are moist likely too small. I've been wearing 36D for most my adult life and for the past couple years mostly large size sport bras. I did some recent measurements found out I was 34F/FF(UK) which also advised 34G/H or 34DDD as well for Canadian sizes. I'm 5'5" and roughly 160lbs. I found my Walcol measurements recommended me 34G so I went with that. I've got to say the 34 band feels uncomfortable but the cups felt amazing (compared to what I've been wearing) and seemed to hold the volume without any spillage, the lace in the back panels is pretty and quite flattering. I washed it and wore it a few times while weeding in the yard, walking the dog, and around the house hoping the tightness in the band would release a bit after wearing, been about a week now and no such luck. Perhaps I should've stuck with a 36 band as I know it fits that or I've just been wearing a band size too large my entire life and now I'm not used to a proper fit. I ended up buying bra extenders and they helped relieve that corseted feeling I was getting with the tight band but I was still getting a bit of poking in my underarm, which means the cups may be a bit too small. Still way better to wear for now than my 36Ds, laughable I was wearing such an ill fitting bra for so long! A bit upset that such an expensive bra had such an uncomfortable fit. I am quickly finding out the struggle of finding a properly fitted bra for a size that doesn't seem to exist in Victoria's Secret or LaSenza stock. On top of that I can't really go in anywhere to try on different sizes. Trial and error for now I guess.
