Let's jump right in my waist is 33.5 I ordered a medium for myself and a large for my mom. I took pics in both sizes...as you can see the medium fits but the is slightly uncomfortable. The large feels much better and the company was nice enough to resend me a larger size at no cost to me. I have numerous waist trainers that I paid GOOD money for, the price for a product of this quality is absolutely crazy but WONDERFUL nonetheless....Thank you for a great product at a reasonable price

I placed my order on a Tuesday, received my waist belt on that following Thursday through Amazon prime. Iâve only had it for two days but I absolutely love it so far! It gives me an hour glass shape, and although the first day I got it and wore it all day including work and the gym it was a bit uncomfortable but as time went on it became more comfortable. I have already lost inches around my waist before this belt, and Iâm sure with my vegetarian diet, and daily gym routine Iâll lose even more inches with this belt! Once the summer rolls back around Iâll do another review stating my thoughts. I am currently 185.2 lbs and 4ft11. Hopefully this belt will help me on my weight loss and toning journey!

This waist trainer is great to use if you have only 10-15 pounds you feel you need to lose! When I first bought it, I had way to much fat falling from the bottom & top! Yes it was the right size.. as I lost 20 pounds it started to fit better. The more weight I lost the better the feel & I actually felt it shaping my body! However this will not help you lose a tremendous amount of weight.. it should however help shape you when you are closer to your goal! Once you reach your goal weight continue to wear it & get the hourglass of your dreams! Also itâs a great feeling to see how my fat was shrinking each time I lost weight I would try it on & see the difference from the last time I had worn it! Itâs a great motivator to fit into it the way you would like!

I received my item super quick. I was pleasantly surprised that it was such nice quality. I have purchased some waist garments like this before and this one is the best quality Iâve purchased for such a good price. The reviews are very mixed when it comes to sizing and the charts are not very helpful. LUCKILY the size I bought was perfect so Iâll insert some info about my body to help someone like me. I am 245 lbs, 5â4, with a belly. My chest is 42F. I wear a size 18 jeans and xxl Shirt. I bought size 4x Iâm this item. I have a long torso but since the breast part is seperated from the belt section it works perfectly. It fit like a glove with room to adjust as I shrink. I love it so much. When I first received it I wore it for an hour and it made me so sweaty. Super flexible for workouts, I really couldnât be happier.

Great back support I am 156lbs 5' 4" I wish it was a bit longer but its a waist shaper not a waist loss belt although you will sweat. It does the job thank you!!!

I want to say a sincere thank you to everyone who takes the time to write detailed reviews, they are such a huge help when making a purchase. This is my 1st waist trainer and I absolutely love it. For years, I've been seeing waist trainers all over social media and t.v., I finally decided to try 1 for myself. Years ago, I was in a car accident that left me with neck, back and hip pain. I was literally in constant pain every single day. I tried physical therapy, yoga and stretching, pain killers, muscle relaxers, expensive mattresses to help me sleep better but nothing ever completely took away the pain. After the injury, pain and depression stopped me from going to the gym and I started putting on weight. I'm 5'4 and I've always had a curvy figure. My happy weight before the accident was around 135 lbs, now I weigh 170. I bought the size large and from the moment I put this waist trainer on, it's the most relief I've felt since the accident. It feels amazing. I love the easy to put on wrap around design with the Velcro adjustable straps. I LOVE the support, the compression just completely takes away the back pain that I've been struggling with for years. I've worn the waist trainer every day since I got it and I couldn't be happier with it. The price is beyond reasonable. I wish I'd found this sooner. I'd highly recommend this product.

Iâve been using waist trainers while working out for two years now. Iâve tried several different products from Sweet Sweat to Ann Cherryâs and the Camillaâs is by far my favorite. Itâs very comfortable and I like the elastic bands that it has so you can adjust your trainer to the size of your waist. With the Sweet Sweat the Velcro ruined the cotton and it wouldnât stick after a month or two and when you start getting smaller itâs harder to make the trainer tighter. With the Ann Cherryâs you have to Connect the hooks and that takes way too much time and is insanely hard with nails. Also once you get smaller thereâs no way to adjust the trainer and your only option is to buy a new one. The Camillaâs is by far my favorite because the first layer is Velcro and the second layer has elastic bans that adjust to the tightness you want. I had my first Camillaâs in a medium and that lasted me 5 or 6 months until eventually I got small enough that the elastic was starting to overlap. But the Velcro stayed intact the entire time and never lost its stickiness. I love this product and it gets me the hour glass figure that Iâm looking for and makes me feel like Iâm achieving more when I work out!

Perfect size, fits perfect, amazing buy. Not meant for a long torso. I got the large and I personally just me want like another inch. Seriously for working out or just plain waist training buy it. It's not meant for under clothes to be slimming or anything...It's nice and tight how it's supposed to be.Its uncomfortable exactly how a waist trainer should be. Make sure you are actually wanting a waist trainer. Learn about it first before you buy. Do your research about waist trainers before you leave a stupid review like some people did. If you already know and want a cheap good product give this one a try. Its deffinantly worth it.

It might seem like itâs too small when you first put it on but it most likely isnât you just have to figure out how to put it on then all is well. I would normally be a size medium in clothes but am a large in the band. Make sure to order a size up from your normal size. It makes that area sweat a lot more but thatâs what you want! Highly recommended this product Iâve seen a difference for sure!

This belt is amazingOn itâs own it makes an amazing job and make you sweat a lot but I add the "sliming cream" in addition for a double resultI lost a lot of waist fat in only 2 months

Really happy with my purchase. Very good value , well made and does what it says. You sweat like crazy wearing it at the gym, and it also gives great back support. I bought the xl initially , but after a few weeks of wearing its too big. So my sister gave me her large size that is too big on her. Itâs too bulky to wear under clothes, so I wear a thin top underneath, and wear the belt over. But it gives you a nice shape.

I love the band. It fits comfortably and can be wore under and outside your clothes. Am 5"8 186lbs wearing size 12, my waist is 38 and I purchase a meduim band which fits perfectly. I Hope this will be helpful to someone.
