The size and various compartments on this bag were just what I needed, and the color was true to the online photos. Unfortunately after just one week of use, the brown "leather" color started to wear off the straps and the inner side of the bag, and the posted photo shows it after one month of use.

I have bought several bags from Scarleton now.I wanted a utilitarian bag, lots of pocket, soft and neither big or small bag.I'm tired of big and sometimes I need a purse that's a little bit big.This fits what I was looking for, except for there's 2 main compartment and I basically just want one big compartment, so it means, I'm still in the look out for something like that,unfortunately I haven't found one yet.This one is very soft, lots of compartment, basically big and roomy but at the same time it doesn't look big and roomy.I love the way it fits in my arm.You can wear it as a crossbody bag, it hangs nicely, you can put it in your shoulders or you can put it in your arm.The front has 2 pockets, one is zippered, one is not.I put my phone in the zippered one and Input individually wrapped wet wipes on the other one.The back has a zippered pouch too, I store my keys there.Both sides have a zippered compartment, it can fit a 12 oz bottle but I don't like how it looks so I keep a much smaller one instead, an 8 oz bottle of water, the other side I put mine and my sonâs sunglasses.The first main compartment has 2 pouch inside and then the second main compartment has another zippered pouch in.I have put my wallet, a first aid kit, a pen, power bank,I was even able to fit my Canon camera on the first main compartment and moved everything on the second main compartment.Like I said very roomy.It doesn't really stand up because it is not stiff, it is very soft, so if it's empty, it lays flat.Right now, it is my go to bag, but I am a typical girl, I am still planning on purchasing more bag, in different color and at the same time, looking out for that bag that I want that seems to not been made yet. LOL.It is well worth of the money I purchased it for sure.

After carrying the bag for 2 weeks it busted at the seams. Love the design and the color but I won't buy this band again.

It's a good looking bag but the zippers keep getting stuck. Also the Zips aren't sewed in properly. Love the style but it's all about the Zips. Imagine being at a cash register with a line behind you while you're fighting to get your bag zipper open.

I received this and was very happy with the way it looked and felt. Three days later, the side zipper simply came apart. I unzipped it fully, rezipped it...but it came open again. Only glasses in there...absolutely no pressure.Cheap zippers results in a garbage product.

Received a defective product which also appears to have been used, which is a shame, because the bag is beautiful. The zipper of one main pocket is defective, with the actual leather zipper attachment not attached and the zipper unable to zip. The large attachable strap is also broken, with one of the clips broken off and attached and the strap inside the purse. A cough drop was found inside. Disgusting. Upon receiving a new (not broken or used) one I will update my review. Pics of the disaster uploaded. Note that the second bag I bought from the same company has a new tag and the longer strap is brand new, a shame as I like the style of this bag more...

After using the bag for only two months to go to work, the color began rubbing off. The bag looked awful that a coworker remarked that I needed a new bag. I threw it away afterwards.

I left a review when I first received it and it was not complimentary. It had so much lining that it wouldn't stay out of the zipper and that caused many problems. A friend told me to empty the purse, pull the linings in both sides of the purse straight up and sew straight across, effectively removing about 2 inches doubled on each compartment.. It worked wonders. No more problems! A word to the manufacturer: it occurs to me that you are wasting valuable lining material and should alter your pattern. Should result in less material cost to you.

What does the perfect handbag have?The right size, not too large or small. the right length straps, the long and short for my pleasure.Space, pockets, nooks and crannies. a place for everything we ladies need.Strong yet soft.bought one for my daughter, when it arrived, i knew i had to get one. now i have, i love it. so does everyone else.

This bag is extremely good. Meets 99% of my needs. It lost one star, would have been half a star had it been possible, purely because the 2 handles are a tiny bit short for my liking. I will put this right by removing the metal loops and replacing them with longer ones. This isn't a problem for me as I do this on most bags I buy. I much prefer a bag with two handles over my shoulder rather than a single strap. I look forward to using it as soon as I make the adjustment. It was really good to have a bag with a mobile pocket that my phone actually fitted into as all my other bags fail in this miserably. I recommend this bag if, like me, you find you carry lots of items just in case.

I really like this bag, can fit everything in it. Has 2 zip compartments so ones used for my baby and the other I put my bits in, works a dream. Soft material really lovely ash colour.

I really like this bag. So much room inside and plenty of pockets outside. I do like the the side pockets they are kind of hidden rather than sticking out. Really soft to touch, it meets my needs. This is all I need in a handbag!

This bag was perfect for everything I needed, and exactly what I was looking for. I like/need compartments and pockets to stay organized, and this did the trick. I also like the fact that the compartments are zippered which helps to keep things from falling out. The main straps are just long enough too so that I can wear it as a regular purse without having to attach the longer straps. It is very stylish, and I have already received several compliments on it. Colour is great too! Overall, I am very happy with it! I ordered both the mint green and the purple (which actually is more of a burgundy colour which I really like).

After 2 months of use the color is WEARING OFF. How is that even possible? Loved it at first, but the material is TERRIBLE. This is why they have great reviews - people review at first sight of the product. Not how it stands up to daily use. They won't pay for return shipping to California, and it'll cost almost as much as the bag itself to ship from Canada. Pointless. Extremely disappointed. Will NOT ever buy again. This is my 2nd and last disappointing purchase from Scarleton.

Almost everything about this bag is great. I like the look and feel, it is really soft and looks like a more expensive bag. Lots of big pockets make for great organization. I am using this as my purse/diaper bag and it is a good size for that.The down side is for some reason the very back zipper pocket''s lining was sewn in upside-down, so that pocket is unusable. It is just a weird manufacturing error.The manufacturer contacted me to check if I was satisfied, I told them about the error. They offered me a new bag or a discount on the one I have. I chose to just keep my bag. I was very happy with the customer service.

OK. Came super fast. That's amazing. I like the purse but it's smaller than I thought. The pictures appear bigger, for sure. To settle the debate.. this purse IS mint colored as described. It's not bright, teal or turquoise...depending on what your computer monitor shows. But decent purse, just too small for my needs.

Awesome purse for a great price. Lots of pockets for organization - exactly what I was looking for.EDIT: I've owned this for less than 2 months, and I only use it a few times a week. While out grocery shopping today, my purse suddenly fell off my shoulder onto the ground - the hardware hook on the cross-body strap that connects to the purse itself broke! It's just connected by a little pin that I can put it back in, but it keeps popping out so easily, so my purse is now useless as a cross-body! :(

I've used this bag for only a few days, but so far, I am very pleased with it. Quality seems good...hoping that the shoulder strap holds up well..I carry a lot things , including my sketching materials, water bottle etc. etc....I love all of the pockets which help keep me organized. Good value for the money....BUT, after just about a month of use, the "colour" is coming off the bag..at first I thought it was a stain or something, but no, every day, a little more disappears to reveal a base layer..anywhere where there is a possible wear spot , like on a seam. The bag has not been overly used. I continue to like all the storage, though..

This bag is so beautiful, I didn't expect to be as big approx. 15" width it big which was a pleasant surprise, it came in a purse bag which you can use to keep your bag clean etc, I give it 4 stars because the shipping was a pain and I had to take the bus and go pick it up miles away, the idea of buying from Amazon is that they come to your door and drop your stuff so you don't have to travel miles for your purchase anyway I love this bag and thinking about getting another one different colour plus one for my friend because she loves it.
