I love the color and that it was the right size I was looking for.....but when I received the bag it was folded and left a permanent crease..The bag should have been stuffed with paper and sent on a box...companies are so cheap today and don't consider customers...

Pretty back pack. Love the color and the size. Very fast delivery. My only complaint is the wrinkles on the side and the back. Hopefully they will diminish with time.

Ordered on a Thursday, arrived Tuesday the following week. Packaged in a large flat box. Upon opening the box, backpack was sliding around inside large box in a clear plastic bag. The backpack was packaged flat, no internal support packaging to promote the shape or structure of the bag leading to the backpack to collapse under its own weight when trying to set it upright.None of the hardware had protective film. As such, some metal grommets and metal zipper pulls etc. had tarnish or scratches on them. Almost as if it has been sitting in a storage locker for some time before I purchased.Leather is of OK quality. The grain is soft, but it lacks structure or support. The bag will not stand on its own without some internal stuffing or personal items inside. The leather has a satin shine, leading me to believe there is a thin film or material that has been applied to the leather in manufacturing to make it more attractive. I don't believe this to be an issue, but I do not prefer the effect as it makes the leather look plastic.The inside lining of the large backpack portion is black where the product image shows brown. The external side pockets have a caffe brown color lining. The internal pockets at the back of the backpack have a crunchy plastic type structure that is very low-quality feeling. I believe it is to maintain the internal structure of the pouches. There are some raw exposed edges where one of the sipper pouches was sewn into the pack to "stack" in front of the zipper pouch already sewn into the lining. One internal zipper pouch pulls to the left and the other pulls to the right. Odd. Both internal zippers have black plastic teeth with a gunmetal zipper pull. Good quality should have them with matching gold colored hardware as the rest of the bag.There are two smaller internal pockets located on the front wall of the pack. Each is finished with a trim of black plastic to seal the raw edges of the lining material from which they are made.The two external side pouches have gold colored metal zipper teeth and gold colored zipper pulls. The external "hidden" back pouch under the straps has black plastic teeth with the same gold colored zipper pull as the two side pouches.With a little bit of finagling, my iPhone 6 (with case) can fit in each of the three external pouches. The iPhone 6 (with case) also fits into the two internal zipper pouches as well as the pocket formed between them. Only the larger of the two smaller internal front pockets fits the iPhone 6.The toggle for the closure of the drawstring is a little wide, meaning that the knots at the end of the drawstring pull through. I am going to stich the toggle so it is more snug against the drawstrings.I feel that the backpack can fit a pair of Mens size 9 Adidas tennis shoes in the bag along with a paperback book with a little room to spare. It is what I would say is a great Mid-size ladies backpack purse.For my purchase of $23 USD, I would say I got my moneyâs worth, but nothing more.

This backpack feels sturdy and has pretty good quality stitching. I doesn't have a rushed masproduced feel. The color is amazing.My only complaint is I don't think it was packed for shipping (or maybe storage) pretty well. It has a big crease on the back where it was folded to lay flat.All in all I'm happy I bought it.

Perfect size, comfortable, flexible, lots of storage. I even put a extender battery in the side pocket which zips up but allows my charger cable to remain connected!

The backpack is really cute. Itâs the perfect size and appears well made. Weâre giving it as a gift, so it thankfully arrived in excellent condition. However, I donât think anyone would mistake the material for actual leather. But unless thatâs important to you, I do recommend the purchase.

This was an inexpensive backpack and I guess you get what you pay for. After less than a month, the fabric inside the back zipper pocket cane loose so things started falling out getting stuck between lining and outer PU leather layer. Then after less than 2 months of light use, the zipper of that same pocket broke right off now that pocket canât be zipped. The draw string front closure is a poor design and the loop is coming apart. I think Iâll spend the extra $$ and get a better quality purse. I love the design and color of this one but it lacks quality.

Justice other reviewers have noticed it came squished in plastic with absolutely no fillling on the inside to keep its shape. I would gladly pay extra to have it arrive and it's intended shape. If the wrinkles don't come out back to Amazon it goes.
