I couldn't be happier with this purchase! I was hesitant after reading some of the bad reviews, but I didn't experience any of the things mentioned. My husband and I searched stores for hours looking for something similar, but came home empty handed. This is a really great, quality bag and it looks just like the photos. I've even attached my own to show how amazing looking it is. I purchased the smaller version since I'm just using it as a purse. I probably won't use the extra long strap. It has plenty of room and pockets inside. Mine stands up by itself and does not flop over as a few have mentioned. It's the perfect mix of a soft, but sturdy leather. I moved the buckles on the handles to the lowest level to give me a bit more room if I want to carry it on my shoulder. To top it off it was only $80!

I am so excited about this purse- it is fantastic! The quality of this bag is wonderful and the leather is so soft and smooth. It came packaged extremely well, all hardware was completely wrapped and protected. This bag is LARGE and a little on the heavy side considering it's made of genuine leather. The strap is nice and long and can be worn a number of ways. The strap can also be removed if you would like to carry the purse by only the handles. The inside has a really nice brown, satin-like lining. Additionally, the inside is so roomy! There is a divided pocket down the center that goes all the way to the bottom, this means anything you put on either side will stay on that side and not sneak under the divider- I love this! I am certain that this purse will hold up beautifully for years.

I first purchaed a small and my 15" laptop fits perfectly. I still have room for other items but I was still curious to see how much bigger the large bag is. I purchased it and it was way too big than I wanted. I am sticking with the small because I personally am not a fan of large bags. My intended use is for work and want a handbag big enough to fit my laptop with room for other personal items. The leather is great quality, thick and sturdy. Unlike the picture shows, it doesn't collapse in the middle. It is more sturdy and stands up right. I gave it 4 stars because I anticipated it to be more flimsy and softer. It is still a great looking bag. Nice color, the lining inside is nice and workmanship is quality. I am happy with my puchase and hope to get a lot of use from it.

I probably carry more in my purse than in my overnight case. Just kidding but it often looks and fees that way. Given my need to carry enough in my purce to prepare for the apocolypse I tend to gravitate to large totes.Pros: This tote is BEATIFUL. The material is waxed pebble leather and the color is rich. Inside you'll find a nice assortments of pockets; zippered and non-zippered. I have always had a love/hate relationship with center zippered pockets - I like having the big secure pocket but I hate how it impacts the usability of the rest of the inside. The big pocket on this side is off-center and so makes at least one side of the pocket for accessible and easy to see. I also have a love/hate relationship with purse liners. Dark liners make it hard to see inside the purse (why won't someone invent a truck light for purses?) while light liners show dirt and wear more easily. This liner is close to the deepest color of the leather and it neither light nor dark. So far I'm liking it.Cons (you know it had to have some): The purse is heavy. While I expected a leather purse to be heavy and I did look at the weight before I bought it, it was heavier than I expected. If you think about buying the purse, try walking around with something of equal weight or more using one hand or on your shoulder. I found the handles to be a little short given the style and weight of the purse. I like the option of carrying the bag on my shoulder. I moved the straps to the next hole but I'm still not happy. Luckily there is enough strap to add one or two more holes to allow you to increase the drop. The crossbody strap is a disappointment. The strap is way too narrow, and the clasps too insubstantial, to comfortablely or securely support the weight of the purse (empty or filled). Also, even though you can shorten the cross-body strap you can't move the loop enough to keep the loose end secure and so it flaps around.Bottom line - I really like the purse. It is gorgeous and gets lots of remarks. Overall it is well made (it lost points for the crossbody strap) and it has very usefully designed pockets. I can fix the handle drop issue and since I'm not a big crossbody person, I am not inconvenienced by the flaws with that.

Love this bag! It easily accommodates my laptop (14" X 9"). The leather is butter soft. The straps, handles and zippers are sturdy. Inside there is plenty of room for my additional necessities. There are two open side compartments, one large zippered compartment in the middle of the bag and a small zippered one on the opposite side of the bag. My computer fits nicely inside the bag with loads of space left over. The entire bag zips up for security. It is great for traveling because there are so many compartmentalized areas. It keeps you organized.

I really like this bag. The color is as described. The leather seems solid (it is not PU leather). I purchased this as a laptop bag for work. It fits a 15.3" laptop. I can get additional folders and paperwork in it along with the required power cords, spare ethernet cable, USB cable, iPhone charger, some pens, pencils, and my backup drive. There is no padding if you are concerned about that. The short handles are long enough I can hang this from my shoulder. The longer strap is adjustable and can be worn cross body. I don't think I would recommend this for long walks. It does not replace the bags designed with wheels for travel. The crossbody strap is thin and has no reinforced padding anywhere. Which makes sense because it would look ridiculous and ruin the professional look of the bag.It has been about a month. I have zero complaints.

I've had my new black Kattee Vintage leather tote for about 2 weeks now. Really like it. Use it as a purse/work bag (files, lunch...) combo instead of carrying 2 bags. Looks stylish. I like how the inside is split up into 3 separate sections and I like the 3 internal side pockets. Keeps things organized. Had a few compliments and interested inquiries. When you really look at it, you can see that it's not highest quality of leather but it looks really good. Leather behaves better now. Seems softer. Hasn't creased. Aside from that, the craftsmanship is excellent. The bag is excellently made. I have to say. Well done. I keep the detachable shoulder stap on. Its very handy but I primerily carry it by the smaller handles in the crook of my arm. The bag is lighter than expected. Very happy about that. So far so great! Thank you. I'm quite happy with it. Delivery was faster than expected. Loved the option to choose to have it delivered to a post office.

Um... So the bag is pretty and everything, but it came in a beat up box which had a gap in it large enough for a hand to fit through. I also didn't see any tags on the purse. The purse itself seemed to have been thrown into a protective bag. I don't have a receipt either. It makes me think this was a return that supplier was too lazy to fix and just decided to ship it to me anyway. I don't know how to feel about this.

I do like this purse. There's lots of room so I use it everyday for personal and work use. It did have a very strong smell, but Febreeze took care of that. I'm just a little doubtful about it being real leather because it's very easy to pull the fibres off the little sample piece that came with it. It doesn't smell like leather either. I'm no expert but I do feel like I've been mislead.

LOVE this bag! I brought it on my travels and it served as my "mommy bag" stuffed with clothes, water bottle, food etc. It was great to have the option to wear cross body or tote around on my shoulders. The soft thick leather is very durable and easy to clean. Great quality. I'm also using it as my work bag to carry my laptop (although my laptop is a bit heavy).

It was definitely too big for me. If I were looking for a leather tote bag ... there would be no question this would be it. Beautifully packaged and well made. Would highly recommend for someone who likes larger bags and may travel. This would last for years to come. Hope this helps someone who is looking for a slightly larger tote bag.

I couldn't believe how nice this bag is. The quality is amazing!!! Leather is so smooth and soft, the inner lining is so silky, hardware is of high quality, workmanship is simply remarkable.It easily fits my 13.3 inch laptop with approx. 2 inches of space left (width-wise). This really is the perfect work bag.

Purchased as a present for my wife when her vinyl work one wore out. She loves it. Large enough capacity. Handles and shoulder strap gives her two ways to carry it. Odour-free leather is top quality and has a pleasant-looking finish ad feel. Much like the one she had and wore out. I expect that real leather will stand up to day to day use much longer and can be polished and cleaned more easily.

The style and size of the bag are perfect for me. It's the right size for every day use and for travelling. I would not describe it as soft leather.

This really is a lovely big bag. The color is very beautiful and it was packed so well. The box it came in was huge and it was full of papers and then wrapped in plastic. All the hardware was wrapped in plastic as well. It's really roomy and very well constructed and you would never guess it cost what it does. I'm very happy with this purchase
