Comfortable and sturdy, no frills

This is a great bra. It's sturdy, comfortable, doesn't slip and offers excellent support. I'm usually a 36 B and found this bra to be true to size. Style wise, it isn't especially sexy, but if comfort is your main concern, you won't be disappointed. I would consider buying a few of these in different colors.
Probably won't buy again. Once bitten..........

I ordered 2 of these bras in beige. They are hard to find and have become one of my favourites to wear as they have cups with no embellishments and are great under t-shirts and clingy tops. Even though they were both the same size, one was slightly smaller than the other. Not enough to present a problem but enough to notice. No big deal as I find that with most bras. You do have to try them on in store as they all seem to fit differently no matter if they are the same size. The price was right too. If they are available I will probably purchase more in the future.*****************It's the future and I decided to order a black one. Well talk about Madonna cone cups. The fit of this one bears no resemblance to the other one I purchased.Pointy rather than the rounded shape I expected. I don't know why that would be but it sure turned me off purchasing any more in the future. It was also manufactured in a different country so that is probably why and the cup material is really stiff even after washing unlike the first ones I bought which were soft.

When I first tried it on I thought I wasn't going to like it but I wore it all day and by the end of the day I had somewhat changed my mind. It is comfortable, with excellent support. The cups are a traditional shape which you might consider "pointy" if you're used to modern shaped cups but this is the shape you need if you wear retro style or other fitted style clothing. Things I don't like about it: the back band is unusually wide and the sides and front are higher than normal. I probably won't be able to wear it with summer clothes. It's probably a great bra for larger sizes.

More comfortable than the $70 Third Love bra I recently purchased!I bought this for comfort, not looks. I'm a 34/36 DD, and finding comfy bras is a challenge. The style is a bit old-ladyish so I won't be wearing this on any first dates. But it's the first bra I've worn in quite a while that I don't want to rip off the minute I get home.

Normally, I only purchase clothing items on Amazon "IF" I have previously purchased the product in a real store where I was able to try on the item and had reasonable expectations of how the product fit, the degree of wearability and of course, there is the ever present comfort factor to consider. However... I decided to take a gamble on this bra and found that once it arrived, I put off trying it on because I was concerned it wouldn't be "comfortable" and then I would have to return it. I hate to return items because I don't enjoy packing them back up, etcetera, etcetera!I was relaxing in my easy chair while re-reading an entire batch of one of my favorite author's books, when the family hairdresser came for our monthly haircuts. Yikes, that surely meant it would be best if I put myself out enough to put on a bra. So, I decided, why not take this one out of the package and wear it. Lo and behold - it is now my favorite bra in the whole wide world. I'm not a size A, nor a B, nor a C - without giving away TMI - I'm something a little larger so I need support - otherwise - well, no need to go into detail - I'm sure you get it. I need support.This bra not only has great support, wide straps, seamless cups - it is C.O.M.F.O.R.T.A.B.L.E. Yes!! What did I do? I immediately ordered another one exactly like it. They even have black. That's next on my "to buy" list.

Well, what can I say? At 25, I was extremely eager to get my first "granny" bra, in all its full coverage and wireless glory. Sadly, I am extremely disappointed with this product.The material is VERY thin, thinner than a sports bra.Additionally, while the straps are nice and thick, I agree with another reviewer that said they are too short. (For perspective, I am 5'4" with a short chest and torso, and it was still too short when made longest.)The bra runs a tad small. I suggest sizing up one band size.Finally, and most importantly, the picture does not accurately show the cup shaping. I am talking full FEMBOT. See pictures for proof.
I'll get this one again!

Shoulder straps are very comfortable, even at the end of day they don't dig in at all. The material under the cups feels a little rough and can fold over at times but a quick 'adjustment' and your good to go.Under the arm at the side is wide enough and does not allow for the skin to 'overflow'. The actual cup size is ample enough and for the most part lies flat, but wrinkles at the top of the cup under heavy cotton materials like a Tee shirt. Nice and light a good bra for summer.

Must be dryrot because it already pulling apart. Need to return it but didn't know how!One that's falling apart was made in El Salvador and the other was made on Honduras, it has not label and the information that you can't read that's stamped on the actual bra. Neither of these bra's are comfortable, I have been wearing Playtex bra's as long as I can remember and these bra's are not right. Will you please send me packaging so I can send them back. there # is 4395.

Thanks for the support! Well it does what it says on the tin... keeps you comfortable all day. Nice to find these on sale in the UK without having to hassle with international shipping.

The material was like cardboard. The size was far too big. Wearing it felt like wearing a straight jacket. It did not feel like a genuine Playtex bra. Was going to return but I would not have got a refund and the cost of postage to USA would have left me further out of pocket. I will not make the same mistake again. Never buy anything from abroad!!!

Lovely bra to look at, but for me the cups and sides were too big and the straps too small, with not enough length. Unfortunately I had to send it back, which is a shame as it's a nice looking bra. Wish Playtex could get its sizes more accurate across the different styles, everyone I have tried is different.
