All of my sports bras liners did not fair well in the wash. They would bunch up or get wrinkled or even fall apart. I initially was shopping to replace those when I saw these and thought I could get some added bonuses from them, so I decided to try them. I had guessed that they would hold their shape in the wash (because of their thickness) and they have so far! I guessed that if I got the right size they would make the sports bras look better (they always flatten you out, and if your flat to begin with....)I'm 5'10", 135lbs and wear bra size 32a, though I'm probably a 'nearly A' or 'AA', I've just never found a bra in that size to try. I was blessed with long legs, but got nothing in the chest department. I've worn padded bras my whole life, and have never desired surgery. My husband doesn't mind, and mostly I don't because I can wear a padded bra, only I couldn't find padded sports bras.I ordered these in size medium and large on the first order. The medium size will work as a push up pad, but I wanted full coverage for the sports bra, so the large fit better as a full pad, and was similar to the size liners I took out of the bras.When I put the large pads in the sports bras and tried it on, I loved the effect. They added 1 cup size in appearance and were comfortable for my workout (I forgot about them until I took them off). As I said they have washed and held their shape, unlike the liners that come with the bras.I'm very pleased and bought 6, one for every sports bra, plus I kept the medium I had ordered, for something in the future (who knows when I'll need a push up pad?)Hopefully my review will help some girls who are built similar to me understand the sizing.

I bought these to fill out one side as I am a few cups apart. These worked perfectly!! I do have to use two of them to even myself out. The seam is smooth, so you can't see where I start and they begin. I was looking for something that was foam as the silicone tends to move around on me. If I had one suggestion, it would be to make them thicker, but that is just so I wouldn't have to use two. For their intended purpose of a push-up, they are a perfect thickness. As an F cup, I appreciate that these are a larger circumference. Most are so small.
Lightweight lift and volume

These are lightweight and comfortable. They provide a little extra lift and volume for those of us who are less endowed. Iâve tried a few different types, including gel inserts and inserts with vent holes, and these are so far my favorite. They stay well enough in place without needing tape, and donât weigh down stretchy bras.
Small for a size L

The size large seems more for an A cup or B cup at the most... I needed a C to D cup coverage. It still works as an extra push up...but i thought it was flat and I'd be able to wear it under camisoles...but it is very noticeable without a bra. LOL I just wanted some light nip coverage but these are more for bra padding. I hate bras... they hurt me. I had shingles on my shoulder blade so bras hurt my skin.

Adds a cup size. Easily tucks into bra or bathing suit with pad holder. Provides push up but does not cover nipples.

Good pads the larges are sort of small in diameter. Plenty of bulk but not very wide all over. Have to adjust to make not show inside of bra.
