I had to return the XL size that I originally ordered and exchange it to L size because when I read the reviews, some says it runs small, but this item runs so true to size. Item was also packed so well and fabric/material is as described and worth the price. It also came on time as promised and I am very satisfied with how it gave the extra flow on my long skirt. Highly recommended seller and product.

The petticoat fits as expected. It isn't the most secure at the waist, but for the price, it is a quality product. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again for a costume.
