Feels like a rough, thin hotel towel

This is a true "terry" towel robe. It isn't a soft plush fabric. It's a towel, the type that has been washed so well that it's rough and "dry"-feeling. It reminds me of a hotel towel that is sanitized in hot water over and over. Not super comfy but great for coming straight out of the shower, i guess.I got a "Small" which is basically a Large, maybe a roomy medium. My measurements are 35-27-38 and this robe had lots of room to spare.You can see the sunlight through the fabric. It's not very thick at all.Overall, I wasn't impressed nor would I describe this as a luxury robe. It's like a robe a facility would mass produce and hand out as an amenity. But I can't complain too much because it isn't advertised as anything more than that.

A terrycloth robe is a classic. This robe is fairly thick, soft and cozy. It gets even softer in the wash. There are two front pockets that are relatively deep. The hem hits just above the knee. I found the fit to be true to size. For fit reference, I'm 5'6", 153lbs and a 34G bra size.Thanks so much for taking the time to read this review. Great basic robe

This is a very nice basic white terry robe. For me it's great for wearing when I am drying my hair since there is no shawl collar to get in the way and the wrap around towel style cover ups never work out for me so this is perfect for when I am getting ready to go somewhere and want to put off actually dressing until the last minute. The fabric is a good quality terry, not too thick so it's not bulky and you could even wear this poolside or in and out of the hot tub without looking weird. I am about 5'2" and weigh 140 lbs and the large fit in a very flattering fashion and fell to about right below my knee cap. I'll be honest, I wasn't sure I would like a terry robe, it's been so many years since I had one and I am used to long fleece ones but I like the versatility of this one and the no frills aspect that make it good for lots of uses, worn over pj's or just out of the shower or when treating yourself to an at home spa day. And who knew it would be flattering as well. It may be the one I always reach for.

I was looking for a bathrobe to use for getting out of the shower - that was fairly basic towelling and lightweight rather than heavy cotton, fleece etc. and I have found it in this one!It is true to the stated sizes, not too long (covers the bum and a bit of the leg but doesn't drag around - based on my height of 5'5 - if you are much taller than me it may just cover the bum!)No hood; collar is pretty lightweight as well rather than being "double thickness" and heavy.I am very happy with this purchase as I've found it difficult in the past to get hold of a bathrobe that is absorbent but not "all consuming", and this one is it!

Lovely lightweight bath robe that is still lovely and warm to use when getting out of the bath or shower. Well made considering the price and fits perfectly. Itâs length is just below the knee which is perfect as I donât like long robes as they get in the way when going up and down stairs. Highly recommend and quick delivery.

Just love this dressing gown. It seems to be very good quality, much better than my towels! It is thicker than I expected, which I'm glad about as I can start wearing it right now rather than waiting until the weather is a bit warmer. My old one has a hood which I hate and so now I have one with a lovely neckline that sits beautifully. The blue is gorgeous. I can't say how it washes as it has only just arrived and I have put it straight on but I will definitely wash it by hand the first time to see if the colour runs. The only thing I would say is be careful of what size you order. I am only 5' and a size 8 and I was undecided whether to order the S or XS. Luckily I went for the S as I like a dressing gown to wrap around a bit, but it doesn't wrap around much. When tied quite tight it overlaps about 9" at waist level, so the XS would definitely have been unwearable. I am keeping the S because it is too much hassle to send it back and it is still a lovely fit generally, but if I'd had the benefit of hindsight I would have ordered the M. I shall just have to be careful it is not gaping lower down when I'm walking about when I need to preserve my modesty!

This was ordered for my elderly mother who wanted a towelling bathrobe to help dry herself after a bath instead of having to wrestle with a towel. We were drawn to this one because of it's shorter length and we ordered a 12 hoping it wouldn't be too spacious. It fitted her perfectly in every way and it does just what she wanted. It arrived quickly and the only disappointment was that she had to have white as none of the other colours were available.

The bathrobe seems have a good quality, unfortunately the small is quite small, seems like xsmall, so no room to cover yourself much. I guess if anybody who wants to have a bathrobe that is more wrapping, order a size bigger. However the quality of the robe is really good. Please note I didn't try the product as I returned it due to the size. But seems a very good towel bathrobe and the price is good as well.
